We had such a great experience at Red Robin this Mothers Day. My mom and I both love a good burger and we hadnt been to Red Robin in a while, so the family took us there. There menu has changed a lot. I couldnt get over the number of delicious-sounding burgers from which I had to choose. They had other yummy looking items, but it was a burger kind of day. I low-carb. and they were super accommodating about serving a gorgeous burger without a bun. They even gave me the bun to take home which made a nice sandwich for one of my kids the next day. Our waiter was very attentive and personable. He even offered to fill my daughters drink on our way out, so that she would be leaving with a full drink. Tammy, the manager, couldnt have been nicer. We liked that they had a number of desserts that worked well to be shared because we can never eat a whole dessert after a big meal. And they had reasonably priced kids meals that make it much easier on the wallet to go out as a family. My mom really liked their garlic herb fries and my husband, who is super particular about burgers and loved the chili cheeseburger he ordered, keeps talking about going back to get another.

Red Robin has always been consistence in their food, with lots of flavor. They have endless Fries which are hot and crispy; just the way I like them served. I recently had the extra spicy hot hamburger, and it had a great kick. I asked for extra hot sauce which I put on my fries. Great combination. My only drawback is the Service. The several times I have been in there, it seems the Server just forgets you. You are basically on your own, and I have found each time, I have to leave the table to go and find her for something additional. They rarely come around to ask how is everything or check back to see if you need something. When I do find my server, they are all sitting in a booth talking to each other. I am annoyed that I have to leave my table to chase her down... This is one of the biggest reasons as to why I do not frequent Red Robin. I wish the Service was as good as the food...

On August 16, 2016, 6 adult members of my family came to the Red Robin at Short Pump Town Center. After we were seated, Brooke came to our table to wait on us. After she took our drink order, my nephew asked her if she could bring a couple (2-3) fries for his pregnant wife who was not feeling well. Brooke proceeded to tell us that because of Cooporate Policy, she was not allowed to bring out any fries BEFORE the food was brought out. I think we all sat there in shock because we couldnt believe what we were hearing. WHY would you advertise on your menu Bottomless Fries and yet be afraid to let an ailing pregnant woman have 3 fries?!!! It will be a LONG time if I ever go back to this restaurant. I plan on calling the manager of this restaurant and filing a complaint. This should have never happened.

I ordered fiery ghost style double tavern burger. My fiancée ordered the BLTA. The surver was nice. We ordered our drinks and then the weight started. We weighted at least 20 minutes then the survey comes by and says he didnt like the way my fiancée food look so he made the cooks remake it. It a BLT how hard is that to make with fruit for the side. So ten minutes later our food comes and guess whos food is cold. Yup! Mine. This burger was so bad. It was what you would expect from Wendys. The meat and the French fries were cold not even warm. Then the bigest scam is, when you pay on the tablet( forced to if you have a card) they try to charge you with a entertainment two dollar charge. This place is ridiclous. I wont be back.

My mom and I have been here several times. The customer service here is awesome. A very friendly and warm environment. Our waiter was very knowledge about the specials they offered and willing to accommodate to any change we needed to make our order. The food was great. We didnt have to very long once we placed the order. The meal came out and it looked delicious! OMG! The food was fresh. I had the Whiskey River bbq sandwich and my mom had.........dang I forgot what she had. Hahaha. Oh well. But I do remember it looked good. I would totally recommend this Red Robin location. I would like to try another location and make a comparison.

The food I will admit its very delicious however the service really sucked... We waited at least 20 mins for one mixed drink that our waitress did not even bring, then had to continue to wait 20 more minutes for her to come and take our order. We also got another mixed drink and they brought the wrong one. It took about 30 more minutes to bring out our food, instead of taking care of the customers as they should be they was too much worried about fraternizing at work. If they had better servers I wouldnt have such a big problem. its not right and its not ethical to set there and flirt and be all touchy-feely in a family restaurant setting.

This location is just terrible. Service is awful. Food takes forever to come out. Its loud and bathrooms are gross. Its the kind of place that you go to once and have a bad experience and you wind up there again several months later with friends because someone else picked the spot and you wonder why the hell did I come back? Waited over an hour for 5 burgers to be made. Waited another 10 minutes for silverware. Spoke with the manager who offered free dessert but who wants dessert after such a crappy experience. I have enjoyed other Red Robin locations. Avoid this one. Consistently poor service and unclean.

Drove 30 mins and was looking forward to eating at Red Robin. After getting there we were seated in a small uncomfortable booth. We sat there for 5 mins waiting for someone to move us. So we got aggravated and walked up front to ask for a table. They told us no problem just minute. After waiting another 30 mins and countless people coming in and being seated i asked the hostess again she said she was gonna bus a table for us. They seated 5 other couples before us and more people pooring into the restaurant. The hotess completely ignored us and I got mad and left. Ridiculous!!!!!

Went to this location for lunch when I walked in there was a table for 4 in front of me and the hostess took them to their table and walked back and was about to walk away as if she didnt see me and approximately 10 minutes ago, asked for a Whisky BBQ sandwich and some fries, the server says "would you like that well done or rare" I asked for a well done burger and I left to go back to work once I got back to my office..... I bit into the sandwich and it was not well done it was medium rare I guess being that I was black I should get what I asked for...never eating here again
