Never Forgive
I once worked here,where to start. Management belittles workers and gets them to work for dirt by making them feel like dirt. Its always a moral struggle for any employee to make it through the day. We didnt care about what was being made alongside with that we just didnt care to be there. The training is a process of telling you to pretty much figure it out yourself and get yelled at if you make any mistakes. During my time working there mold started to get on the ice cream machine. Nothing was done about it for a long time. We served bad food because having to walk into that place put you into a bad mood. The smile on the face of any employee there is as real as the moon is made of cheese. After working there i would sooner take a bullet to the chest than work another second there. Being a employee there you soon learn that they think of you as expendable trash. Working at this establishment had me considering suicide and everyday im happy i never have to return to/enter this place.

Not a cool place looks like everyone hates the job there cause the store manager cant run his place right and every weekend and week day theyre completely out of items and its not just 1 or 2 items its multiple items, how could you be out of 5 things for 2 days straight obviously the store manager does not prepare his store or crew enough to meet the dairy queens fans standards. So after that long opinion i obviously did not like the place as well as many other customers and employees as well. They need a better leader to help prepare them so theyre are sharp and ready for the task at hand.

Very disappointed. Twice now Ive ordered a kids meal, this is to include one of each (entree, side, drink and dessert) and Ive been charged for the ice cream and theyve forgotten the dipping sauce. The staff is rude and is typically standing around but waited in line for 10 mins. Not a sorry for making a mistake and the male manager/supervisor was very unprofessional. This is one of the only fast food restaurants in bealeton but I wouldnt recommend stopping here. Just move to a surrounding area place like warrenton, stafford or culpeper.

Asked for a vanilla cookie dough blizzard and got chocolate went back to the counter ask them to fix it and they proceeded to argue with me to the point i ask for my money back ...they did nothing to keep a customer happy in my opinion very poor customer service as i own my own business and we pride our selves on customer service and the custoner is the boss they pay my check and bills so there the boss ......i will be calling a member of management in hopes others dont have a experience like i had .

Hubby picked me up a peanut butter parfet, paid $3.69 plus tax. Had maybe 5 bites, tasted like cleaning solution Called the store, employee was very confused about what I wanted. Manager sounded board and uninterested in the possibility of making someone sick. Essentially blew me off. Corporate seemed more interested in it. No one offered to refund or replace the order. Needs to be either closed major retraining done with a total management replacement. Eat here at your own risk.

On Thursday,Jan. 23, 2014 about 8:30 pm we went to the Bealeton location place d a simple order a double bacon cheeseburger w/ no onion no mayo along w/ a #8 turkey club meal w/ a banana split blizzard. Got home sat down to eat & fries were ice cold, turkey club cold & the double bacon cheeseburger was a single patty. What did I pay $12.09 for. Then called to the store & got an answering machine. Sad thing We were the only ones there, if they had been busy, I may be less frustrated.

Good only if you like waiting and want food you didnt order. Weve tried this place a couple times, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, BUT . . . every time weve tried, it took over a HALF HOUR to get our food, and every time weve had to either take something back because it wasnt right or theyve forgotten something. Drive thru is awful. Its slow, and again, pulling over and having to WAIT for fifteen minutes does not make it very enjoyable. Wont be back.

Where to start. Forgot to add our kids chicken tenders to our order after told 3 freaking times. Then our food sits on the heating top for 10 mins. Them just moving it to the side an ignoring it. Also had asked for extra flame thrower sauce. They put it on the tray then dont out it in the bag for to go orders. Slowest and worst service ive ever had there in my life tonight. Now have 2 hangry kids amd a pissed off wife. So thanks guys.

I live in Bealeton VA and try every once in a while to order more than a ice cream style snack from this Dairy Queen location to see if management has changed. On 9/15/2013 I ordered only three items and still the staff was unable to complete it. Management needs to change and staff should be trained, at least once. I do like the frozen treats but thats all I can order and know I am going to be satisfied with the order.

I ordered 2 blizzards and 2 cups of water on hot day and I was told by the manager that she cant give me cups of water in the drive through. That is no way to treat buying customers. The only reason for the second star is because the cashier was nice and appologized for the way the manager was acting.

This is a dirty restaurant! There was a fly strip with tons of flies all over where they were preparing food. The staff is very rude and they all could use a training session on customer service and cleanliness! If I could give this restaurant less than one star I would.

According to our GPS, we missed our final chance to go to Chick-fil-A on our way home. And this DQ was the closest cheap eat. 18 bucks for 2 fish sandwiches, 2 medium blizzard and one pulled pork sandwich combo.

Turned ice cream machine off knowing we still needed ours! So we pained for it and didnt get it.... and then had to wait 5 min for them to unlock door for us to leave! Could work on all of these things! !

Good for a quick stop. Food is typically prepared as ordered without mistakes. Dont order ice cream and food together if you want your ice cream for dessert, because the ice cream will be served first.

Customer service was awful.. the cashier never spoke a word to us. The manager and the workers talked about how they were mad because we and other guests were ordering food 30 minutes before close..

Dont get vanilla ice cream. It isnt ice cream. Its too dense and watery and they run out of items on the menu far too frequently. Im going to moo thru on rt.29 from now on.

chicken parm sandwich is the best. ice cream & burgers are okay and the place is somewhat clean also previous orders have taken a little longer than expected
