This is the third time that I have had a botched order through their drive thru so I decided to write a review. I undertand hiring cheap labor but these kids that work at this location are air heads and dont listen to what you order. I asked for a No. 5, large with a sweet tea and three milkshakes with no cherries. I ended up with one chicken sandwich, a regular sized sweet tea, no French fries and all the milkshakes had cherries in them even after the kid repeated my order back to me. At least the one in Gainesville gets your order right. I think I am going to avoid this one for a while until their hire more competent help.

I love chic fil a! This location has a lot of new emplyees working their first jobs and many have a lot to learn. I recently got employed but I speak for my self not the company: This location recieves many bulk orders and has many new employees, unfortunatley this slows down service and can inconvience customers. As I now realize simple things that can cause issues I recomend any customer to speak up and speak clearly please and if you have any questions, any manager can help. Thanks!

The food service is ok. But a worker named Ali kicked my friends out of the play area. We asked her why and she gave us very disrespectful attitude. This is not how other Chick-Fil-A works. She answered one of my associates in a rude tone when all she did was ask a question. Another set of children went in and she didnt say anything. You shouldnt work at a Chick-Fil-A and have a bad personality. That messes up the Chick-Fil-A reputation. Chick-Fil-A wont be receiving my money anymore.

I am a huge fan of Chick Fil A, but this location has terrible service. The people who work here, never listen to my order, when I order an original chicken sandwich deluxe, they give me a spicy Chick Fil a sandwich. Along with that my order even when Im dining has taken up to 10-15 minutes, when before it would only take five minutes. The one in Gainesville has better service, if only this would come up to speed.

Very rude lady (not giving out the name). I went over at this location to get this months offer of Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich or the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I asked her for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and she ordered the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich. I told her I wanted the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and she said whatever and I still got the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich.

Everytime I have been here.. literally everytime.. they always get my order wrong. Im either missing something or they messed up completely. This is just annoying. Worse location I ever been to so far. I will not be returning to this location eventhough this location is closest to me. I will drive the extra miles to go to the Gainesville Chick Fil A.

I went to this location today to get breakfast for me and my boyfriend. After i placed my order i went to grab my wallet and realized i left it at home so i told them nevermind and i apologized but they insisted to still serve me. I didnt get the ladys name who helped me , i believe she was a manager but that is what i call exceptional service.

Ok, dont get me wrong, I love chick-fil-A. The food is amazing! But this specific location never satisfies me. The service is slow, especially the drive thru. They gave me 4 nuggets instead of 6, plus they were all cold and the fries were stale. Its just my experience, but still I much prefer their other locations.

I have never been to a slower Chick Fil A drive through. 25 minutes on a Thursday night at 8:30 pm. And the line was not longer than the drive through entrance. In fact Im still in line.
