I will never go to Popeyes again. I ordered through the drive-thru (which is the most ridiculously inefficient drive-thru Ive ever seen). They got my order incorrect and over charged me. When I went back to correct my charge and get my order fixed I was berated and verbally abused by the General Manager named Adel. She accused me of trying to scam Popeyes when I asked for the charge on my card to be corrected. She kept repeating "Stop trying to be smart. You know what you were charged." I had a receipt that said a different total from what I was paid. Logic would dictate that I didnt know what I was charged. Without even looking into my bag she said that the order was correct and called me a liar. The difference was that I asked for Red Beans n Rice and was given Fries. She slammed the Rice in front of me and told me to go. The time that elapsed from when I originally got my order to this point was 20 minutes. I asked her to replace the whole order because I shouldnt have to eat cold food because of their mistake. She said "This F#%&ing Guy!" as if I was asking too much for a fresh replacement order. She then berated me more to her employees. I asked for my money back. I feel bad for the teenagers who work there. Adel is a terrible manager and poor example for them. I hope they do not pick up her awful management style.

I think this is the worse Popeyes around do to their poor quality of service. EVERY single time they never get my order correct!!! We have gotten in the habit of checking before we leave but shouldnt have to. Not every single time!! We get home every single time and the order is never the same. That is poor service in my opinion and it means you dont listen!!! And when I catch it and have to go inside to let them know, its never we apologize, its always who did this. And there is never a compensation for us to have to return for them to fix their mistake. I have never been to a restaurant that this has been an issue almost every time!! They need to get it together.

soggy cajun rice, cold chicken --old and almost rotten / they call it spicy but they are literally covering up rotten meat with a bunch of hot pepper. I can close my eyes pretend the food was ok just because i already paid for it . But to sit there and smell that unbearable smell of their restrooms--i kept gagging . To top it all , i had to argue with the most ill mannered manager Adel , her english is awful and her attitude and rude manner is enough to make you throw up. Wonder how long they are gonna last in this economy. Word to the owner: Adel will close you up ---she is doing an excellent job sending customers out the door with her rudeness. Wake up

The parking lot sucks...tgeres only 1 way & 1 way out.the papa John delivery ppl park their vehicles beside the drive-thru area/exit road instead of the parking lot w/lots of empty parking spots & making it at times difficult to get through & Im tired ordering like a 20 or 22 pc (w/coupon) & getting nothing but thighs oh oops I misspoke nothing but thighs 1 MAYBE 2 breast 3 legs & 4 or 5 wings...went there a cpl wks ago & I wind up taking a GALLON SIZE baggie filled w/nothing but thighs to my coworker the next day bc thats HER fav part BUT NOT MY FAMILYS!!! & there were actually 2 legs in that batch!!!

The service was so bad that I dont even know the people still work their. They dont know how to do their simple jobs. Why doesnt the manager do something about it? I was treated like an animal in a cage. This isnt how Popeyes was meant to be. I thought it was supposed to be a place for serving fried chicken, but no. Its just a place for people like me to be treated poorly.

Literally just left there, got home to my place thats two seconds down the street, and my food was cold as ice. My potatoes were fine, but my strips were really cold. They gave me my food in ripped up bags, and were not friendly or "Louisiana fast" at all. Horrible experience and I wont be returning.

I love this popeyes; I cannot believe the reviews!! I really enjoy the staff. On the other hand I see customers complaining to the staff about the prices! ummm pretty sure they are not the ones setting the prices. If you cant pay for your food; then go to 7/11 or McDonalds.

I set my expectations pretty low when it comes to fast food. Somehow they have found a way to still disappoint. They cant get an order right to save their lives & the chicken is tiny & soggy. Ive had better chicken from 7-11 across the street.

Horrible experience. They cant seem to get the order right. Order mild and they give me spicy. This is not the first time they have done as it seems they are trying to throw other chicken in it because it is not made.

We ordered a16 peice family meal with 3 sides. Only received two. The manager was rude when we called back and gave us a "credit" for next time we come in. Only recieved 15 pieces of chicken also

My wife and I ate lunch there today. The food was barely room temperature. Within an hour we were both feeling sick. Now we both have full fledged food poisoning. Will never eat there again.
