This Dairy Queen shares its space with a US post office substation and a BP gas station. The DQ section is small with only 4 or 5 tables. There is outdoor seating off to side of parking lot, but tables arent on leveled ground & table umbrellas are positioned poorly. There is also a drive thru which seems to take care of drivers more promptly than patrons placing orders inside. There is a Tv mounted on the wall for viewing but cartoon seem to be all the adult patrons are interested in watching . I guess they dont have Fox fake news ....which Im sure the majority of patrons here choose as their primary source of News Staff on Saturday afternoon when I was there have no clue how to even make a Ice cream Sundae properly. Save your money & go elsewhere!! A great number of the Patrons arent very hospitable either with no etiquette when come to an excuse or pardon me. As well as a great deal of staring or should I say glaring!! This place definitely has the feel of a "Sundown Town"... Some people need to recognize that its 2017 not 1917!! SMH

If there was a no star review, I would have picked that. As soon as I walked in I could tell this place was not well managed. The trash and food was every where. I waited five minutes as three workers walked by and looked at me but not once asked for my order. I was observing the food area and notice that there was half bananas, syrup, an many other ice cream toppings all over the counter space there were also containers dumped out with their tops off all of this was in the same area where customers orders were being made. I also observed employees using their hands to stock toppings and make orders before washing them. When the employer finally came to take my order she said "I hope you dont mind but we are going to take a five minute break and try and clean and stock supplies before we can get to you. As I walked out i notice there was at least four workers and none was cleaning, just lazy! I hope no one gets sick from this unsanitary environment. Very unhealthy and unsanitary might need a visit from the health inspector and some new management.

The supervisor at this location (I believe her name was sabrina) was incredibly rude and unfriendly. While she was taking our order, she slammed the change box on the counter in front of us to get money out. Afterwards, she hurriedly put our change in hand and yelled next before we could ask for our receipt. She made it very noticeable to customers that she didnt want to be bothered. She replied with a rude "what" when a customer asked a question, all while maintaining an unhappy, straight face (more specifically a bxtch face). In between orders, she once again slammed the change box on the front counter and started counting bills out loud in front of the customers (as a supervisor myself, i viewed this as very unprofessional and a stupid choice to make). Im a big believer in customer service, so naturally I was very upset and displeased with my visit! Ice cream = wonderful, as always Customer service = TERRIBLE

I went in to purchase something for my son. The cashier was nice when she took my order but things quickly changed after I witnessed her and her coworker doing something I thought was nasty and not sanitary. While making my order she walked over to what looks like a hand washing sink, picked up a spoon out of the sink, used it to stir my sons drink, and dropped it back in the sink. I had just witnessed her coworker doing the same thing while making a different order. Neither one of them washed it off first. They just took it out of the sink and used it and dropped it back in the sink. When I questioned her about it, she got an attitude with me like I was wrong and even said they do that all the time. I was disgusted and asked for a refund and even the manager had an attitude. I will not be spending anymore money there.

This is the absolute worst eating establishment I have ever entered. There is one nasty bathroom that never has any handsoap even though it is used by all employees. The owner/manager lady is impossible to talk to and refused to fill soap even though they were selling it in the aisles of the store thats connected. The food made me feel horrble, it took forever and kept me up half the night. Id pick thru the trash for the same quality and save myself the money.

Everyone I saw here looked like they were trying to work hard, but the wait was still at least 20 min, only one cash register open, definitely not efficient. There were maybe 4 people ahead of us - I have been to many other DQ previously that handled customers much quicker. Perhaps they are understaffed, but I would recommend stopping at a different location! I certainly had plenty of time to compose this review and surf the web while in line!

We stopped at 6 at 6 p.m. on Thursday and were there for over 40 minutes to get to Banana Splits and Ana funnel cake sundae and we had to tell the help how to make them and they also claim that they didnt have all the ingredients necessary to finish are Sundays 95 needless to say we will never be back and we warn people going in that they would be at least a half an hour getting any kind of food stay away

Incredibly slow and dirty. It took so long to get my food that the Sunday that came with it was basically melted, so much for it as a desert. Music was so loud it made it difficult to hear when they called an order out. Trash and food droppings from previous customers on all the tables.

Took over 20 minutes at the drive thru to get ONE milkshake. ONE. They werent slammed either. 2 of 3 people I saw "working" there were standing around doing NOTHING. Ive come here a few times over the years and it always sucks. Never again.

Employees are always rude - especially the manager (the redhead that works there). They make it clear that they dont give a crap about their job or their customers. Also, they probably make the crappiest blizzards of any of the DQs Ive been to.

They are the rudest employees I have ever met, and cannot substitute a blizzard for a drink when you order a combo. I realize it costs more and I dont care but you dont need to get an attitude with me about it.

Waited in the drive through for over an hour before being told they need a few minutes to clean and restock. I was finally able to get out when the cars behind me backed out. Dont stop here if you are in a hurry
