I shop here once a week. Enjoy the cashiers they are helpful and polite... However I went in looking for the little smokies sausages and just could not find them. So I remember seeing an employee going thru the isles ordering low stock items.. An older lady had asked him wear the toothpicks were and he pointed and said 2nd to the last isle and turn around and continued what he was doing... The look on the ladies face went blank. So I said mam, I just got some, follow me and Ill show you where they are.. At first I thought he may have been really focused on his task. But then after I could not locate the little smokies I went to the front desk and there were 4 employees behind the counter. 1 was helping a customer and the other 3 were just talking to each other and never made eye contact with me and never said well be right with you. They were about 7 feet away from me and that same guy (who was the store manager, Tommy James) that I saw in the isle earlier was leaning on the counter. With no interest in assisting the customer. This went on for 11 minutes until the 1 employee finished up with his customer and asked me if he could help me. I said why yes Im just looking for the little smokies. He turned at the other 3 employees and said do you know where the little smokies are? and the manager pointed and said middle isle all the way back on the cold shelf. So I turned around in frustration and a young lady sad I just found them, come ill show you... Needless to say, this store manager needs customer service training and does not display leadership. This whole situation did not have to happen........

This store, despite many complaints to address the problem, consistently has the worst produce I have encountered on the Peninsula. Wilted peppers, rubbery green beans and celery, rotten bags of onions, small rubbery carrots are the fare of the day. Decent quality would compensate some for limited selection. Friendly customer service is not a problem. Product quality is. The parking lot is in terrible shape with pot holes and loose gravel on both entrances, making shopping here less than desirable.

Why do the hours say they are open everyday 6:00am to 12:00pm, when clearly that is not true. 11:00pm is the right answer. We were having a late night getting things ready for the following day, and I looked to see what would be open late. The only place close was Farm Fresh saying 12:00am and even as we were driving up to the then closed store, the app STILL said "closing soon" 12:00am. The misinformation screwed us up and that was very irritating. Google needs to work on their updating.

The first time i visited the local Farm Fresh I was shocked at the moldy selection of produce. Trying to buy ingredients to make pico but the tomatos were rotten. The cilantro was as well, so i decided to look at the packaged herbs. The first one I picked up was expired by two months! The garlic was solid mold inside. I left, wondering how this store can ever pass health code. Will never shop there again.

Its always a good experience to go into Farm Fresh in Grafton. The stores always clean, the Isles are not blocked and hard to get down. The products are always fresh. And when they run a sale on something its usually a real good sale price.
