First time going, horrible service!!! Girl couldnt get the order right at register. Then we sat for 45min. never told us where to pick up the food for to go & we asked twice. Then a lady tells us she called our name, name was never called!! Food wasnt wrapped properly & just thrown in the bag! Maybe get these kids off their phones while behind the register & train with better customer service!!!

As only being able to drink decaf youd like variety and going to a place deemed "cafe" youd think there would be more options and better coffee. With so many coffee rivals so close youd think theyd step up their game. Rook is close just go to that if youre looking for good coffee. Waste of a few bucks.

Sandwich is ok for a sandwich. I like that it isnt the same ol deli stuff, but I am a little disappointed in they forgot my pickle and chips, and the bakery items were cleaned out. I needed to make another stop to pick up what I needed. It was only 6pm. Dinner time, not even late night.

Went in with my 92 year old Grandmother and the staff was amazing. Once they saw her cane they immediately offered to bring her order over to the table and frequently checked on us to see if she needed anything.

The soda fountain is gross. Be careful. Weve seen it that way the last two Sundays. My wife alerted corporate. They said it would be taken care of.

Customer service is hit or miss, staff can be really nice one day or not speak to you others. Food is good and consistent with other locations.
