Ordered a "fall floral" decorative cake for a girls birthday party. Received a cake with brown icing and pumpkins that looked more like a Halloween cake. Even worse, it was completely raw in the middle of each layer. Not undercooked. Raw... Like pudding / raw cake batter. Unfortunately, you cant undo something like that at a birthday party. Customer service was equally poor. They were completely unsympathetic, claimed the cake was fine and would only offer a gift certificate or half of a refund as resolution. Apparently the $35 they kept means more than a formerly loyal customer and this review.

Spectacular, delicious, and beautiful cakes! Rachael made our wedding cupcakes and cake on 4/29/17. Her enthusiasm for baking is contagious. She makes the cake tasting process as fun, exciting, and carefree as you see in the movies! She always responded quickly and was flexible. Our guests loved the unique flavors the bakery offers including Old Bay chocolate, chocolate chip cookie dough, and banana nutella. You cant go wrong with choosing Cakes by Rachael. She was truly a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend her to anyone who wants a wonderful cake experience!

I searched high and low for cake pops for my sons birthday party. These gals had very reasonable prices, flexible design options, and I also ended up getting chocolate covered marshmallows on a stick. Everything was cute and delicious and the pricing was fabulous. The picture didnt come out well, but the treats fit the theme very well.

Rachael is AWESOME and takes great care of my guests when I hold events at her place. Great food and DELICIOUS cup cakes. Yum! Cant wait to go back and do it again. She also custom made a wonderful cake for one of my guests for a birthday party and they couldnt stop raving about it. Stop by and treat yourself.

Delicious and beautiful cake! I had a cake made for my daughters baby shower. The theme was succulents and Rachael made an extraordinary cake decorated with different succulents. It was a big hit!
