Panera bread has a reputation for being consistent and good. This morning was a disappointment. I ordered a Spinach, artichoke egg soufflé. I was horrified to realize once I bit into it that they had given me a soufflé with bacon in it. When I returned it the lady at the counter made a face and gave me the right one, said sorry and remarked she could not refund the money. No respect for sentiments and the horrible mistake of giving bacon to someone who does not eat bacon. Moral of the story- Check your order when you visit this location (if you do).

Every time I go here the staff is amazing and so is the food. I went one time for breakfast for my whole family and when I got home I realized they had missed one of my bagels.. At this time I did not have time to go back and get it so I called and spoke to a manager. The manager was very nice and told me I could come back with my receipt the next day and get my bagel. Such an amazing staff at this location.

First, it smells like urine in here, second the employees here need a serious attitude check. Specifically the kitchen employees. And third I ordered a sandwich and a soup and stood there waiting looking stupid only to realize that the cashier only put the soup on there. I didnt care to go back to the register and buy the sandwich because i was already so annoyed by the energy in this restaurant.

Ive only ever gotten deserts from here but i spent $25 on two meals and the portions are so small i couldve gone somewhere and gotten way more for cheaper and still have a healthy benefactor. I also think its ridiculous that the wifi is limited because i came here to do homework and now i already have to leave.
