I have always enjoyed eating at Panera Bread and do so quite often. However, the service at this particular location is substandard. Many of the young employees working at this location are poorly trained and the management staff is also poorly trained and do not understand the basis of great customer service. On multiple occasions I have had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for an order because no one in the kitchen took the initiative to make an item included in my order. Also---cashiers very rarely can answer very basic questions about menu items and will make up the answer instead of getting the correct answer from management. The last straw was recently when I ordered a salad and oatmeal. I never got the oatmeal because they forgot to make it; the salad was missing most of the ingredients that it should have; I know because I literally used to get this salad every day. When I brought these oversights to the attention of two managers, they provided a half-hearted apology and simply gave me a refund. No other attempt was made to keep me as a customer (e.g. discount on my next meal, etc.). My plan is to never eat at this location again!!

We placed a large order for 6 people from our work over the phone. They told us it wouldnt be ready for 30 minutes. When we picked up the food and returned to our work we were missing all the sides of chips, there was no bread with any of the 4 orders of soup and they didnt give us the mac and cheese that we ordered. One of the sandwiches were made wrong and they didnt have a bagel after we already ordered it. When we called to speak with the manger he was rude and said we could come back and get our order of mac in cheese for dinner....they never addressed the fact at we didnt get our chips or our sides and that a sandwich wasnt right. If thats how a manger handles things then I can see why our order was not right and missing things.

I love Panera Bread and love to eat at them but the experience today was terrible. My husband said we will never eat at this location again. The cashier left the counter and just walked away without saying anything while there was several people in line including my husband and my self. Another cashier finally noticed that nobody was at the register and came over. We waited a good 10 minutes in line after the cashier walked away. The bacon on the sandwich was half cooked and very to very little beans was in the black bean soup. The ladies restroom was dirty, really dirty. This was at 3:00 pm on a Tuesday and I would hate to be there when it is busy

This Panera location is by FAR the worst Panera I have ever been to. I have been disappointed more than once by my experience getting different items! I just got the Spinach Power Salad today and it is inedible because ALL it has in it is a tiny bit of spinach and A TON of mushrooms and the crunchy things. Thats it. Its more mushroom than spinach even.

The food that you get is good, however, its not what you necessarily ordered. Twice now, my wife and I have ordered from this Panera on their website and both times the orders were incorrect. From a cut rate fast food place I understand getting an order wrong, but at nearly $10 dollars a sandwich I should be paying for more attention to detail.

I love Panera. But Ive had to go back so many times to have my food fixed. Sometimes I cant get back and have to throw it out. Rotten avocado, mushy Mac and cheese ( on multiple occasions) hair in food, I even had a piece of dishwashing equipment in my salad. I wish this location would pay more attention to food detail.

Its nice to go somewhere thats not fast food, but not a restaurant either. And Panera is definitely that balance in the middle! I love them and their foods really good! The only thing I dont like is when its crowded and they only have one register open.

I really go through phases where I really like this place and their food, and then I get to a point where I eat here too much and have to take a break. Consistently good food, but then again, I like bagels, sweets, salads, and sandwiches.
