Do yourself a favor, go down the street to Bob Evans, where it is clean and staff is professional and nice. When we were seated at the restraint, one of the menus was covered in some kind orange goo as, was the silverware that was given to us. The tea they served was old, and when asked to get a sprite instead, the waitress took 20mins to being it back (they were not that busy). However, this was not the worst part. The complete lack of professionalism by the staff was pathetic. There was a waitress buttoning her shirt (stomach was viable) in the view of the costumers and there food was on the floor next to a clean table. It gets even better, there was teenage girl, she was wearing a crop-top and was being very loud and obnoxious, I dont know if she was an employee or an employees daughter or sister (everyone seemed to know who she was), she was running up and down the isles and ran into the kitchen door. There was also a guy she ran dragging through the isles who was also loud and obnoxious, but was also twerking in costumer view. If someone wants to twerk, wear a crop-top, run around, be loud and obnoxious, button their shirt, thats fine. It however is inconsiderate to the costumers and unprofessional. The worst part is there was a manager standing there the whole time! We will not be going to this particular iHop again.

IHOP is not necessarily the highest quality restaurant, so I did not expect a luxury experience; but if Im here for brunch, I would at least like a homely experience. However, when I came in, I understand that this is not this particular IHOPs fault, but the restaurant was extremely noisy. When we were seated, we had a total of 3 servers asking us what we wanted, it made us confused who to flag down when we needed something later. Literally 3 servers wrote our orders down (luckily we were charged correctly on the final bill). As if that wasnt confusing enough, we specifically told the lady at the front we had a party of 4, but we received only 3 menus and 3 silverware. Everything was just all over the place, it made us feel uneasy. I dont know how busy this IHOP is normally, but I would rather go to the IHOP we normally frequent due to its fast and accurate service. The food was fairly decent, and made for a good photo! The cordon bleu was nothing special, tasted like it looked; nothing more and nothing less. Bradley, our OFFICIAL server, was super nice and made the experience better!

I went on Wednesday night. The restaurant was very crowded. It may have been senior citizen citizen night. My six year and 1 year old daughter and I were seated quickly. We waited to place our drink order. 15 minutes went by. Within those 15 minutes, 4 servers walked either past our table or were in our section and not one spoke a word to us. 2 managers were in our section and again not one acknowledged us. I finally decided to get up and leave. The hostess who seated us happened to be seating another family. I stopped him to tell him we were leaving because we have been sitting there for so long and no one had even came by to take our drink order. I told him we were going to Cracker Barrel. All he had to say was, "Im sorry." That was very disappointing because I never experienced bad service there. I would pick this IHOP location over the one located in Stafford. It took us another 30 minutes to eat because we had to load up in the car drive through traffic in central park at 630 at night and wait for our order at Cracker Barrel. Which by the way my server was very attentive.

Absolute WORST experience I have ever had at ANY restaurant. My family and I went to have dinner Friday (5/12/17) Got in there about 9pm. We ordered our drinks, ordered our food and then our waitress vanished. After about 30 minutes we received SOME of our food. 3 out of 6 of us were missing half of our food and 1 out of 6 of us didnt get their food at all. After an hour of waiting, they finally decided to bring the one meal they had forgotten about. The manager (after being asked for) would not come to our table, I literally had to walk over to him. Our waitress, still out of sight. We never got drink refills, we never got the rest of our food, and we never got the condiments we asked for. The manager pretty much refused to help us in any way - he was very rude and completely unprofessional. After three hours, the rudeness, and then the insults I promise my family and I will NEVER be back to this IHOP. Customer Service is obviously not a standard practice in this establishment.

Im sad because I cant rate this a 0 star! Ive never seen so many employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing. We waited 15 minutes at our table before a waiter walked over and asked if we had been helped, then said Im sorry, Ill take care of you. He took our order, brought us our food in a timely manner, then disappeared. He was kind enough to come back to give me the bill. While we waited we watched 4 other employees eating, and so many of them just standing around in groups or sitting at tables in groups on their phones. At one point there were 6 of them sitting together at a large table. THEN I had to wait at the register for several minutes to pay! 4 employees looked at me several times then walked past me and out the door while I was standing at the register. (They all returned while Ive been sitting in my car writing this, with balloons!) Im a pretty forgiving and understanding restaurant goer, but this was ridiculous.

Rude "manager" named Stacey told us with an attitude that they didnt have room for "that", meaning our stroller. Wouldnt give us an estimated wait time nothing. He basically said it a way like go find somewhere else to eat I dont have time to find a table that works for your stroller. We felt so discriminated against, never exepected this from a family restaurant. We asked for his name 3 times before he gave it to us and he refused to give us the IHOP corporate number. When we asked to speak to his manager he said he was one of the managers, we said no we want to see YOUR manager, after hesitating and being asked again for his manager Stacey finally got James his manager. James was polite and understanding and said he would have been able to accommodate us and that Stacey should not have turned us away. James gave us the district managers number. James was great, Stacey was horrible.

We had a 20 minute wait, which wasnt bad based on the amount of people that were there and waiting. The place was packed. Its small but the choice is there to eat outside. We decided to eat inside. Our waitress, Pam, was great! I had chicken and waffles, I enjoyed it and ate it all. My hubby had the sliders, he ate most of it but wished he went with a burger instead (he didnt like the bread, which was sourdough). My sisters and the younger ones ate French toast, pancakes, more pancakes, extra pancakes, ham and hash browns with a variety of toppings including blueberry, strawberries and bananas. We ordered the Splashberry. I liked it, my hubby didnt, he said he shouldve ordered the Tropical Island Twist. I guess we can try that next time at another IHOP, seeing as though we were just passing through Fredericksburg.
