In from California, and we dont have Waffle House in my region. Its a diner in the truest sense: basic food, served quickly, in a simple restaurant. Part of the charm is watching the cooks and staff work in the open kitchen, right behind the counter. Its sort of organized chaos. Good food. I had a breakfast bowl country style (with gravy added) and a waffle. Both were good. Not outstanding, but good. The only detractors were that it was noisy, and kinda cramped. Would be difficult to hold a conversation. My server and I had a hard time hearing each other when I ordered my breakfast. Price point was excellent. Very reasonable. Over, Id give 3.5 stars if I could. Good, not great, and I truly dont get the wild popularity, but... Thats my opinion.

Worst customer service ever. Will never go back. Be warned. Stood in line forever for them to just look at me, then help other ppl that are behind me. Are you kidding. I should have read the reviews first, looks like they like doing this type of stuff. They need to fire a lot of ppl their n hire better ppl. This is my 1st review ive ever wrote, ive never been treated like that.

Waffle House always has your expected food fair, delicious greasy yummy food. The service here was unexpectedly lack luster, with only two tables with customers on a Friday night all the other tables were dirty, and the food getting to the table was very slow. But the waitress was nice and they only had three people working, which I assume is short staffed for a Friday night.

Typical Waffle House. Staff was friendly, clean enough, consistently good food, great price for a family of 5. As New Englanders, we enjoy a Waffle House whenever we get the opportunity! Its a must in all its kitschy glory! We even dropped $5 for a commemorative Waffle House mug. Great place for a sociological people-watching experience.

My waitress was a large lady, with filthy clothes on. Her uniform was soaked in grease and she had smeared food on her pants and shirt. I dont know how a restaurant could allow someone like this to serve food, it was revolting and disgusting. I will go to Perkins or another Waffle House in the future"

Dirty tables, counters, cooking area. lazy staff. I cant believe I rolled the dice and ate there, but after 4 hours on 95, to eat something. I gave it two stars because I didnt get food poisoning. I stop in Waffle Houses all over during my travels and this was the worst one, by far.

My Man loves the waffle house but me everytime i go to a waffle house i find a piece of hair in my food i always eat with my eyes when out in public idk if they have a corporate office but everyone that is dealing with the food need to have on a hair net to prevent situation like this

Good unit. Clean and the grill op is quick and good with customer service. Certain wait staff there leave little to be desired but hell your not there for a friendly conversation and more to the point the food there is good and thats what counts. Thank you mr grill op.

Fantastic food and friendly service! I had been to waffle house restaurants when I was in the military(17 years previous) and had fond memories, but my wife had never been. To top it all off, the woman behind us paid for our meal! Whoever you are, thank you so much!

Love love love Waffle House! Amazing comfort food as you would expect. Especially grreat service at this location. Nicest people. I do wish they would replace the ceiling. Its not falling apart or anything but it is very yellowed, dirty and old looking.

After walking from the Motel round the corner and risking life and limb to cross the road (where are the crossing point?! oh yeah nobody walks anywhere lol), we had an excellent breakfast and were offered types of eggs we had never even heard of.

They need to get their act together. I am not sure why but they could only cook one plate at a time and the servers only wanted to laugh and cut up amongst themselves instead of doing their jobs.
