So I order a chef salad. The menu says its got lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, croutons, etc. on it. When it arrives its a bunch of shredded lettuce and shredded cheese (like from making tacos). I say to the waitress, "This isnt what I ordered. Wheres the tomatoes, cucumbers, etc?" She looks bewildered that I would question their good judgement and goes to the kitchen. She comes back after a while and says, "Sorry thats all weve got." And then she walked away. I ate part of the salad and then gave up because it just sucked. When it was time to pay the bill, I said I shouldnt have to pay for the crappy salad - or should have a huge discount. She looked at me like I was insane or unreasonable and then asked her boss. After some discussion they reduced the price. Shouldnt they have done this in the first place - without me begging? My dining companions food was extraordinary only in its mediocracy. The restaurant obviously doesnt care. The restaurant owners were lurking around and I have to say they were a mean, unhappy-looking mafia types. Spend your money elsewhere....

A friend and I go for the first time on a Thursday evening. The place is a ghost town. So were seated and the waitress comes over for our order. We ask her about the different drink sizes because we just wanted a drink to go with something light. She tells us she would go for the larger drink, so we do. I ordered a crab quesidilla. The food and drinks come and the quesidilla is a half tortilla with some rice and beans on the side. So I ask her about it and she looks like why am I asking her why its so small, she says thats the way it comes. So I ask for a little guacamole to go with it and she brings me a small container of it. The crab quesidilla I could have gotten at chillis full size with all the fixins as an apitizer. It wasnt all that. She acted like she was doing us a favor, but all the while I think she was trying to up her tip. Guess what it cost us? 2 drinks, one half a quesidilla and a little guacamole, $43.00 ! Outrageous! I will never go here again, tried to get over on us, no wonder it was a ghost town!

The food is EXCELLENT and the beer is cold. You will love this place if you love traditional Mexican Food. If you like spicy try the green salsa. It is made from jalapenos and habaneros and is to die for!!!! Great margaritas too. The three brothers that are part owners and work there too are the nicest guys you will ever meet. I am from Colo. where we know our Mexican food so trust me this place ROCKS!!!!

This is a great relaxed place to enjoy dinner:-)their margaritas are amazing,food couldnt get better. You have a wide variety of different meals and combinations to choose from (trust me,LOTS) and their drink menu is just as big. They have great specials everyday,service is great and the brothers(owners) are the nicest:-) the sister and niece who also work there are adorable!

COPASTATIC

We just moved here from Texas and were missing good Mexican food. We stumbled across this place and the food was fking AWESOME! Not very busy, but the kitchen was ready. I recommend the homemade tequitos and the chili rellenos. They also had these chicken tacos with grilled pineapple that blew my mind. I will be back.

Have been here several times, great people, atmosphere and the food is fantastic. I get something different each time, havent been let down. The Shrimp and Scallops are huge. You definitely get your moneys worth.

They treat their employees terrible. This restaurant is deeply mismanaged, and has a poor menu. If youre wise, youd avoid Margarita Bar & Grill at all costs and choose an authentic Spanish restaurant.

It was ok I guess, but if youre looking for a bar to go to late at night, then I suppose its a decent place to go to. The place is nice on the inside, but the place is practically empty though.

Had the shrimp tacos it was made with cabbage and not lettuce. Had two LIIT they were well made. Nice spot to have a drink and kill an hour...wasnt too busy on a Saturday midday.

The food here is absolutely amazing. For a Mexican restaurant they sure do have some pretty fresh seafood. The staff is always friendly and the food is reasonably priced.
