My friend and I ordered online to save time when in the restaurant. We arrived a couple minutes before the pick-up time and were informed that the shrimp had to be cooked for our orders. We ended up waiting thirty minutes for our meal. When they gave us our food we were informed that my order had been ready the entire time. We could have been eating chips and queso that was already bagged up. By the time we received our food the nachos were completely soggy and the queso was cold. They gave my friend a coupon for a buy one get one free, that upon closer inspection was expired. Suffice to say neither one of us recommend eating here. If you choose to do so, do not order online.

the employees at this qboda are really great. they are always friendly and hospitable. i was very impressed two weeks ago when i showed up a few minutes past closing and they were still willing to make a burrito for me, no problem. i thought that was the kind of care and service you dont normally see at fast-chains like this. and, the queso is the best queso ive ever had. id eat it like soup if i could.

Dont have any of these in Durham, so was glad to find a Qdoba nearby, while in the area. The customer service here is great! I really appreciate their attentiveness to my order, as well as helping me to understand the new Qdoba app and all of its benefits. My dine-in experience was great, and I truly feel welcome and appreciated here. To upper management, we NEED one of these restaurants in Durham!

The food was very good. However, they should keep the meat and veggies fresher and stocked. I came in an hr before closing and the beef was already dry. I was told that I would be charged for beef even though I was getting fresh steak because the beef was cooking. However, I was charged for the steak.

the burritos here and at other places like Moes, Chipotle and Pancheros are San Francisco style hence very americanized. If you feel really cultural when you eat here, dont. This is not mexican food but it is one of my favorite places to eat. I think they have Moes beat.

I went to this place expecting a restaurant. Good for what it is, but know what you are getting. You order at a counter and pay before you sit down. Good food, but not the "restaurant experience" I was hoping for. Just like a Chipotle if you are familiar with them.

While I typically enjoy Qdoba, Ive found this location to be rather unkempt and slow the three times Ive come here. Due to the slow volume of customers, their food also appears to sit out for quite some time before they replace it.

Coke machine was out of Coke Zero. Pretty small compared to most Qdobas. The guy making my meal was good and gave me a sample of the queso to try before committing it to my burrito. Also gave a discount to service members!

While not authentic Mexican food, the Burritos are over stuffed and delicious! You can pretty much get them any way you want them. The chips & queso are pretty good as well.
