We went for our first visit last evening. Our server, Shirice, was friendly and knowledgeable. We started with the chicken flatbread and it was delicious. Next we tried the potato leek soup and the green tomato burrata salad. Both excellent. My fiancé had the lamb, medium. It was a generous portion served with delicious potatoes and a mix of vegetables. Delicious! He also had an excellent glass of wine that complimented the lamb perfectly. I had the honey roasted chicken. It was cooked perfectly, served with potatoes and a mix of vegetables also. Delicious as well! For dessert we tried the smores dessert and the key lime pie. Just enough to cleanse our palate after a delicious meal. We left feeling completely full, but as if we had just eaten a very delicious healthy meal. Our bill, before tip, was slightly under $100.00 and I feel we got great value for our money. Our service made it that much better. We will definitely return and ask for Shirice. I highly recommend Seasons 52. They have delicious food, excellent service, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Its beautiful inside. None of the booth/tables are too close together like some restaurants where you can hear everything the person next to you is saying. Seasons 52 is a welcome addition to Raleigh and I cant wait to see what the menu has on it when Summer is upon us! Keep up the good work and management, please thank Shirice for making our first experience so wonderful; we will return!

So Ive heard good things about the restaurant so decided to take my Dad here for Fathers Day. We walked in without reservations, so I was expecting to wait...30 minutes-not bad. Except for the fact that other walk ins came after us and were offered booths at the bar, first come first serve. We would have been glad to sit at a booth at the bar. We got our drinks-sprite was flat-cool it happens. Order taken---kept refilling our drinks and brining us full cups of soft drinks without asking. Who drinks that much!!! Waited about 45-60 minutes for our food...the kitchen was backed up. I served tables in college and most 5 star restaurants I worked for would NOT sit tables of the kitchen was backed up. They should have never accepted walk ins if the kitchen was backed up...almost an hour ticket time should be UNACCEPTABLE! Finally when food was brought out everything looked good. We thought maybe it was worth the wait. The steak was nice and tender...just the was I ordered it...accept it had no flavor. The half chicken---you know when you cook chicken and throw the container in trash and forget about it...then wake up the next morning and your house smell as like rotten chicken...thats exactly the way it smelled. The chicken was good but the smell made you loose your appetite. The salmon and my daughters chicken tender were ok---nothing to brag about. Should have taken him to Cheesecake Factory like we planned. WORST experience ever!

My co-worker and I decided to try this place for happy hour instead of our normal go-to place. It was pretty empty when we got there at 5;15. We asked to sit outside since it was nice and said wed like the happy hour menu. They had to take our name and make sure our "table was ready." This took about 5 minutes. So we get seated outside under a speaker. Music was too loud, had to ask for it to be turned down. Our waitress was average at best. She took our order, someone else brought it out. Waited for 5 mins to see if anyone came to check on us b/c we didnt have silverware. No one did. Went back in and found someone else that brought it to us. We additional apps and someone else brought it out. She never came back to check on us except for the bill. We asked for a box then. Someone else brought the bill back with no box. Had to ask 3 different ppl for it. Food was good but not worth the hassle. With all the other options around go somewhere else.

Came in on a Saturday night and sat at the bar since it was pretty busy and we didnt have reservations. Upon sitting down, our bartender let us know that she would be with us soon. Within minutes I knew this wasnt going to be an enjoyable experience for me. The bar service seemed hectic, which is to be expected on busy nights, but the biggest issue was that one of the bartenders continued to complain, gripe, and give attitude to the wait staff, all in audible earshot from our seats. The food was good, but honestly I couldnt enjoy it because I was trying to stomach the barrage of profanity laced brash remarks that were floating around me. It ruined my meal. I wish I could say more good things because the place is gorgeous inside, but bad service is bad service, whether its directed towards the diner or other employees.

This was a great place. Very friendly, accommodating, clean, and food was fresh. We ordered the braised short ribs, corn skillet, mac and cheese, garlic pesto chicken flatbread, and dessert. The short ribs were amazing! It just fell apart and melted in your mouth like butter. The corn skillet was so fresh and had a roasted corn taste you get from the county fair. Flatbread was awesome too. For dessert they do them in shot glasses and we got pecan pie and Belgian chocolate. Everything was excellent except the mac and cheese. I think the cheese they used just didnt mesh well. Devonte was our waiter and he was very friendly, informative, and tentative. Will definitely be returning!

What a great restaurant. From the minute I walked in got that happy fine dining feeling. Eye catching decor. A staff that is on point. I had heard about Seasons 52 through a friend who was excited about it opening in Crabtree mall. Was a little busy and hadnt been able to go. Design specialist from Pottery Barn recommended it to me as well and decided Lets go. So glad I went. Wide array of good tasting food. Katie who was serving at the bar recommended a great wine and appetizers. Talked with a couple of other happy patrons who were seated next to us and loved their drink and food. Dads birthday is today. Ready to go this evening. Hooray for Seasons 52.

We went to this restaurant for the first time during Mothers Day after making a reservation the day before. After waiting for about 30 minutes to be seated, while other people were walking in and being seated immediately, my father walked up and politely asked the hostess when our table would be ready and received a very rude and disrespectful response..We then waited another 30 minutes and the hostess continued to seat people and did not give us the time of day. We left immediately and went to another restaurant down the road where we were seated immediately. Our family will never return there again.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a kind and professional hostess. We had made reservations, and they were honored immediately. Both times we have been here, we received excellent service and even better food. The waitresses are patient with our many questions about the menu ingredients. They are able to explain in detail what is exactly in the dishes, including the textures. It is a bit pricey, but the food quality and service more than make up for it. It is currently one of our top 5 favorite places in the area.

Terrible experience, waited 20 minutes past time I was told. Go to ask about it and they said they called my name 3 times, no....no you didnt. I was the only one in the place waiting and I never ever left or even went to the restroom. They were very rude thru the entire process.....I will not be going back and Will not be recommending to anyone !! Please spend your money elswhere !
