First time visiting this restaurant. Ordered 18" cheese. Order taker/owner is from Queens NY and was full of energy and happy to provide good customer service. He was very helpful at each step. The pizza was delivered in good time. It was hands down, authentic NY pizza. That thin, crispy crust with great sauce and quality cheese. I have completed a number of reviews on pizza joints throughout Northern VA and TX, and I give the quality of pizza here a full thumbs up. I will admit that calling in for carry out did not work for me, because their message stated they were not accepting phone orders. However, the owner explained that with the new change in management, that would get fixed. Regardless, if you want good pizza, you may just have to drive out to the store. The garlic knots and cookies we ordered were also tasty. In regards to price, I would say its just in the middle of being reasonable and pricey. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

we love the pizza, especially the brooklyn pizza but today (1/26/14) around 4:20p.m. when I placed an order by phone, the lady who took my order was very rude when I asked her to repeat what she said. Im not american, my English is good enough but sometimes when people speak too fast I cant truly get it. She repeated what she said with exasperating tone, that happened twice. On the second time, I rebuked her by telling her she was being rude, that Im not american and I just wanted to answer her queries correctly. I told her not to use that tone to me. This makes me reluctant to get something from them again.

My wife and I have searched high and low for some quality NY-style pizza in NoVA, and we finally found what we were looking for at Flippin Pizza, thanks to a Restaurants Plus / Living Social deal. Pizza tends to be pricey in general in NoVA, but if youre going to spend a bit of money for something other than Dominos, Papa Johns, or Pizza Hut, you might as well go for the best in town and hit up Flippin. To note, their calzones are also excellent.

Frankly, the customer service here was outstanding and the food perfection. Madison declared that it was better than all the ones we had had in Naples, Italy. We had pepperoni slices (perfect size with plenty of meat) and soft drinks (they have the modern self serve machine that has endless choices).

Although many places specialize in a certain type of pizza, This place does it all. You can order any type of pizza and it will taste delicious. which is prepared using a different dough recipe and different oven. Although so many choices is suspect, believe it or not, they do them all well.

For satiating pizza cravings, Flippin pizza is a spot with one of the best Bronx pizza with the freshest black olives and mushrooms on Main St. of city Fairfax. Their cheese pizza is also over the top with crust neither too hard nor too soft just the perfect amount in every bite.
