Worst representation of a Little Caesars I have ever been too. Im an avid fan of this pizza chain but today made me question how selective I need to be with the stores. Went in for a Hot n Ready cheese pizza. Its not ready. No big deal Ill wait ten minutes, or so Im told. Meanwhile two customers come in and walk out with a fresh pizza. Maybe they called ahead? Nope. Someone came in saying they called ahead thirty minutes ago and his wasnt even ready. They bring me my crazy bread separately. Progress? Nope. Because after fifteen minutes they finally put in cheese pizzas and have the nerve to tell me I have to wait longer? Maybe if they werent hooting and hollering in the back they could be a respectable establishment. They lost my business as well as the gentlemen who called ahead. Either the was special treatment going on or these employees dont know how to do their job. Took a pepperoni pizza (which I didnt want) instead and got out of there because I couldnt stand to be there anymore.

Worst Little Caesars Ive ever been to. I walked in and the staff treated me like I was invisible. There was what appeared to be an off-duty employee there at the time with her kids running around and the on-duty staff just socializing with her and ignoring me, the customer. When someone finally acknowledged me she just looked at me with no verbal greeting. I proceeded to order. She took my order with an attitude like I was taking her away from something else she needed to be doing and handed back my credit card and receipt with again no verbal interaction or eye contact, just held it out there waiting for me to grab it and immediately after continued to socialize with the off-duty employee. Multiple curse words were said while I was waiting for my pizza.

Without a doubt the worst customer Ive seen for a Little Caesars, let alone any other restaurant. I watched the staff eat chicken wings the same time making my order, and one even set her half eaten chicken wing on the stack of unfolded pizza boxes when she went to put my pizza in the box from the oven. Immediately put my pizza in the trash and will not go here again.

I come here a lot and most times, I have to ask them to make me a fresh pizza because the one they give me first has been sitting around for a while. They also seem to go light on the cheese at this location too. I guess theyre just doing what the owner asks them to do. If there was another location nearby, Id go elsewhere.

I waited over 40 minutes. My observations was that all Hispanics that came in were served immediately, while I waited. Then my sausage pizza was given to a person that just walked in at 9:45 pm. Its 9:56 pm and I got my pizzas. 9:00 is when I arrived.The order was not large or a hard order.

I was there 2 days ago and ordered some Crazy Bread. The crazy bread was really good and fresh. They had just opened the store. I was very satisfied with my order. I would definitely recommend the Crazy Bread.

The male cashier with the pin on his hat is soooo good looking. The manager is bald but a nice dude. The female pizza maker in the back is so cute and a really nice girl.

For some reason this Little Caesars pizza taste so fresh and different than the one back home in Richmond. We get them to put Italian seasoning on it. Amazing!
