Super excited to have a decent pizzeria in Vienna, and hopeful Crust will work out some issues. Pizza toppings were varied and fresh, however the pizza would have benefitted from a minute or two more in the oven. The crust was too chewy and soggy, and it didnt arrive piping hot; it seemed slightly undercooked. It was good, but has the potential to be excellent! Enjoyed the Burrata Salad, but felt it was a bit overpriced for the amount of arugula provided. The burrata mozzarella was to die for! Overall, the price tag was $60 for (2)12 inch pizzas, one salad, and 2 beers. Not quite 2 Amys or Pupptella, but better than anything else in Vienna. Recently went to Rome and Crust almost lives up to what we found there. Im certain it will be better next visit, and we plan to try it again!

My wife ordered three pies for dinner on a whim on their opening day. We were still talking about how good they were the next day. The crust is perfectly done Neapolitan style: big yeasty taste, good crust outside with the right amount of char, but still stretchy and chewy inside. If youve tried to make good homemade Neapolitan pizza you know how much trial and error it takes to get the crust formula just right - and they clearly put in the work. The sauce zings but doesnt drown everything out. And a 3 pie order took less than 10 minutes. Bottom line: As good as Neapolitan gets in this area - easily the equal of Two Amys.

Solid Neapolitan pizza out in Fairfax. I recently moved further out west away from the city and was looking for a good place that served this style of pizza a little closer to home, and it looks like Ive found it. Comparable to some of the other well known Neapolitan pizzerias in the DMV with the big clay handmade ovens. Each place has a particular pizza that I like and I plan on exploring Crusts menu a bit more. Rated 4/5, Ive never given a 5, maybe if it was accompanied with some type of religious experience or something.

Thought I would check this place out after reading some good reviews. I am of Italian descent and know very good Pizza. Fred { owner} is a great guy and we spoke in depth about REAL Italian Pizza and the difference in what people think is Italian Pizza. It is all in the ingredients ! and of course the oven. This place has it all,; fantastic fresh ingredients, great dough and the imported oven from Italy. Excellent Pizza. Must try it if you want authentic !! John Alfieri

Stopped by for an early dinner. Great service and a nice open space. They have their Italian pizza theme down to a point. The pizzas are thin crust with a little charring on the edges which is typical for that style. We got two pizzas -a Diablo with arugula as an extra topping AND a pesto pizza with chicken. The crust was very tasty and the toppings were great. I did feel that the pesto was a little salty but overall a great pizza place.

Do yourself a favor and try this place! We have had 5 of the different signature pizzas now and they are all so unique and amazing. This is REAL pizza, not some of the other local chains. The flavors and absolutely top notch ingredients shine. The meats, cheeses and vegetables are absolutely as fresh as it gets. The bread is lightly charred for an unmatched taste. Im blown away at how good this place is... HIGHLY recommended!

Dont let the unassuming location fool you. This is absolutely fantastic pizza! The ingredients are fresh and bursting with flavor, but the crust is (not surprisingly) the best part. The wood-fired oven imparts just the right amount of crispiness and charred taste to the crust, giving it an authentic Neapolitan flavor. This is likely the best pizza Ive had in the metro area! Highly recommended!

Truly Amazing Pizza! If youre looking for true Neapolitan pizza then Crust is the way to go. The ingredients they use make all the difference. The restaurant is spacious and a nice environment to bring the family. Being able to watch your pizza cook is also a nice touch. If youre looking for pizza that tastes just like it would in Naples then you have to try Crust.

Its just astonishing pizza! The pizza had that touch of major satisfaction. It isnt like chain pizza or local joints who fail at making pizza. Crust is an amazing pizzeria that is great for a family or just you by yourself. The restaurant had great atmosphere, nice workers, and pizza that tastes better than when I was in Milan!!

If you are looking for highly authentic Neopalatin pizza, this is where to go. There is reason they called the place crust. The crust steals the show for sure. It reminds me a lot of the pizza that I had in Italy. They even have the same cheese they use in Naples which is buffalo mozzarella. Will definitely go again.

If you have lived in Napoli Italia.....no pizza surpasses the thorough enjoyment, flavor and wonder of that experience. My family cried with joy when after 3 years being away from Italy, they finally smelled and tasted a true Nepolitano pizza at CRUST! 4 pizzas every Friday!Fantastico!!!!Geno of Pozzuoli!

Great Pizza. I went there with my spouse and we both loved the Pizza as well as the eggplant dish. My spouse is an Italian native and he told me this is one of the best Pizzas he has had outside Italy . The owners are very personable and attentive. I recommend this place to anyone who is a Pizza lover.

The service was poor..I ordered for carry out, and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes - they forgot about the order! And finally the pizza they gave me was burnt. It was a vegetarian pizza with mushroom topping, but there wasnt a single mushroom on the pizza. I had a very bad experience.

Best Pizza in northern VA. If you like thin crust, fresh mozz, fresh ingredients, and the perfect pizza sauce; then this is the place. Cozy atmosphere in spite of the shopping center" location with a decent variety of beer and wine. Service is always great and staff is always friendly.

Overall the experience was excellent, and it is worth the trip. Yes, they do have beer on tap and a happy hour. Although I am not a fan of TVs, this would be a fun spot to watch a soccer match while eating excellent pizza in Vienna. There is plenty of parking behind the building.

The caprese was very tasty. Unusual presentation with cherry tomatoes and a large ball of very creamy mozzarella. I got the Diavalo pizza, which had strips of quality salami. Not at all spicy, but very tasty. My only real complaint was that the crust was a bit soggy.

Spent last weekend watching the playoffs their... Indulged on their beer/wine and fantastic pizza... True Neapolitan pizza made in wood burning oven! I would say much better than 2 Amys in DC and dont forget their deserts, they are out of this world.

Very impressive pizza and service. If you want quality over speed they absolutely deliver. I would go in and sit in the restaurant and order there rather than online. Your pizza will be ready before you know it.
