Ive ordered from this location a few times before. I usually have no problems. HOWEVER, tonight I was unlucky enough to have Sham or Sam taking my order. He was the rudest piece of work. I could barely answer his questions with out him talking over me. He would say "address"... in the middle of me providing it... "phone number"... Id start it off... "address"... then hed yell "ADDRESS"... then I gave the 4 numbers he cut me off and he was ready to move on... Then we got to "what would you like"... Id be in the middle of my order and hed say "okay, what else"... "okay, what else"... Then we get to the credit card payment, he literally breathed a long sigh into the phone as I grabbed the card out of my purse. Then says "ugh... come on man!!..." WTH?!?! I didnt appreciate it. And Id put money on it that my order will come screwed up. Vocellis Lorton - get rid of S(h)am... or teach him some damn manners

Worst customer service when they screw up! I ordered lunch to be delivered at 1:39pm on Sunday July 23rd from Grub Hub. The estimated time was half an hour. After nearly an hour I called to ask when it would get to me, that it had been an hour, (The man argued it had not. however, It was 3 minutes shy of being an hour) and that it was on its way. Another 40 minutes goes by and I call again. This time he tells me he canceled my order 5 minutes after I ordered it, because what they were out of it. He said I should had been notified. Why did he tell me it was on its way when I called an hour into the wait time?! I was a new customer. New to the area. I never ordered from them before. They ruined it for any Vocellis Pizza. I will not give them a second chance. I was at work and do not have time for this sort of thing.

Got a flier on my door yesterday with some deals, so I called them up to place an order using the code on the flier. I was told the offer expired two days ago. The little coupons on the back (other deals) had expiration dates in two months. The big deal on the front (that I was going for) had no date listed. Well, Im not going to give them my business if they are going to bait and switch. The guy on the phone was polite and very apologetic, and said hed pass on my complain to the manager. Because of his customer care, Ill bump it up to two stars. And the chain serves up some decent pizzas if memory serves.

Love their pizza but this particular location needs to get with the times and enable online ordering. They hide their coupons as well. Edit... Delivered the wrong order and never returned with the proper meal. When I called whoever answered responded "What do you want me to do about !?" Ooook. Too many choices to give my cash to them anymore. No hard feelings, though.
