My favorite Dish is the Mandarin Kung Pao and I usually ask them to specialize by putting it in a bowl rather than a plate. Trust me, makes it easier to eat. Meals are pretty good on the portion size too. Its a chain and a subsidiary of PF Changs but dont let that discourage you. I dont think Ive ever been disappointed with a meal here. Bad part, calories will catchup fast. Update as of 2016 - They offer now instead of rice you can have your food over salad or Quinoa. Awesome healthier choices.

This is 3rd time weve been disappointed with our order . We ordered the teriyaki rolls & we did not get that we couldnt even eat it because my boyfriend has a serious sea food allergy , we got some crab roll and a mango one that we did not order .We are extremely disappointed with pai Wei we used to dine there all the time but it seems like ever since they switched managment weve been dissatisfied with our order .....

The rest of the reviews listed before mine pretty much speak to the kind of place this is. Avoid it at all costs, the staff is the biggest problem at this location. The food for the most part is on par with any other of their locations but the staff snd the space itself needs work. The restaurant was filthy and empty, the employees were standing around counting the minutes till their shifts ended. Ridiculous.

Food was good, unfortunately the service was reprehensible. Manager took the order of people behind us and never acknowledged us. We stood there speechless. We had already ordered for ourselves and got back in line to order for someone else when we were slighted. We were very uncomfortable after our treatment and had to eat our food miserably. WILL NEVER COME BACK.

Worst Pei Wei Ive ever been to!!! Asked for the Tufu pad Thai and I did not get a single piece of Tufu along with a big pile of broccoli! Also did not get the lemon wedge or a single piece of cilantro. On top of that it did not taste good.. I would have gone back but I was on my work lunch and had no time. Never coming here again!

This place is great! The lines always go by super fast and they always have seating available. I love being in and out and not having to wait for anything. They do share parking with the other stores so sometimes you have to look a bit. The food is always fresh. I dont think I have ever had a bad time here.

Nothing to write home about except the service was gracious, helpful, happy, diligent, and kind. Food could have been cooked a hint longer to meld the flavors, snap peas could have their spines pulled to avoid the stringyness.

We have always had amazing experiences at Pei Wei! Very fast service, food is customizable and we have never had an issue with our food. The new menu is delicious - spicy tuna roll and ahi tuna avocado salad are great!

Who serves brown broccoli? Disgusting. Carrots were visibly old. All I tasted was salt. Cup and seating area were dirty. Wooden panels on the bar falling off the wall. Overpriced.
