well, we walked in, (Saturday), btw I am 17 so I can attest to this :P the place was being run by almost completely teenagers right and you know how great teenagers at service just to give you an idea. So we walked in and werent greeted, we sat down in confusion not knowing if we were supposed to seat ourselves or not, we patiently waited for id say a good 10 minutes and no menus or waiter came up to us with menus, so we grabbed our own, reminding dad to remember this when it came time for the tip. Multiple waiters walked by but failed to notice the five bright red menus stacked up in a gargantuan pile at the end of the table, I swear I made eye contact with every single waiter as I was seeing how long it would take for one to serve us :). About 15 minutes went by and we decided to leave because well..... no one had acknowledged our existence and as we left they all seemed to notice then that oh did they get service, all looking like how could we have possible let that get by us... hahahhaha you gotta be kidding. I mean personally, I love Johnny Rockets and their food is great but this location was ehhhhh, I suggest going to the Chipotle right around the corner :) few other notes: - Tables were not wiped down and clean for new customers - two other families were helped before us even though they came in after us :(

Was not happy as I ordered the hot dog meal and was excited because I thought the bun was a toasted bun like pictured on the web sight and the poster on the window. Got my hotdog and its on a regular hot dog bun. Mgr said that was the only buns they have never had the ones pictured. I was very disappointed but then what takes me over the edge I pay my of 28.98 with my debit card and go to sign and was charged 98.??. I call waiter back and he goes to fix, calls MGR over to help him. MGR comes to my table and says Im sorry you money will be back in your account in 5 days. My husband and I live on a very fixed income and this is going to hurt us bad. Never will go back!!!!!!!! Manger walked away

Too high of price for items, not only that but when I went in mid-day at 12pm, I noticed there was no one there except a server and cook. Sat in anyways and I ordered Chilly Cheese fries. I was then handled Utensils that had a black hair stuck between the Utencils that looked like the servers dyed hair. Sat there creeped out but got my fries and such and I ate most using my hands. Later in the day I had cramps in my stomach and I felt food poisoned with a bad headache from the food and shake. The server came often but the Utensils didnt look clean and had smears on them a tid bit and most of the tables the woman had were dirty and she had a careless attitude of sit where ever you want.

Do not go with a large crowd. The manager (who seemed to be a homosexual male) was quite displeased with the fact that we walked into the establishment with a group of 18 or so. It took over 2 hours to get the whole table ordered and served. also almost everyones meal was incorrect, or not what they ordered. 2 people in our group simply got up and left due to such poor quality service. The manager was not qualified to be doing his job and the both him and the waitress clearly showed there distaste with having to perform at a large scale. Being a fan of Johnny Rockets, I have visited countless of there restaurants in bordering states and never have seen such god awful service.

Tried to come on a Sunday at 4:30, and we walk up to a sign saying they were closing early at 4 oclock sorry for the inconvenience. Not really sure why they closed early. Its a little frustrating when an establishment has set hours and doesnt alert through Google maps or on their actual website that theyll be closing early for some odd reason.

We werent all that impressed with this place. The chocolate pb shake was good, but the coffee was horrible. The bacon cheddar fries had NO flavor. The burgers were greasy & lacked flavor as well. After we deposited $.05 in the juke box the server informed us that the music didnt work. We probably wont return.

Tonight was my second time and I absolutely love their food. Love it when I find a place my husband and kids equally enjoy. The service was great both times that I have been there. Friendly staff and fun and happy atmosphere. I cant wait to come again and next time I will bring some friends!

Amazing burger. I had a double Southwest (double Patty, onion rings, and sauce with bacon strips). Wife had Route 66 (mushroom Swiss with grilled onions). Cooked to perfection. Just the right char. Not dry at all. Will definitely be coming back when in Short Pump.

Appetizer of fried mushrooms wasnt cooked through and cold. Service was equally as poor in quality. No manager visit. It appeared the server left on a smoke break while we were waiting for a recook. Decided to just cancel the app order. Still no manager visit.

The Utensils I was given were dirty and looked like they werent washed but wiped off with a napkin. Other than that pleasant service and nobody else was in the restaurant during the day.

Only one server was doing a good job.. let alone there job. Place was dirty.. they where out of 40% of the stuff on there menu. Will say my burger and fries where good. Will not go back.
