Horrible horrible horrible. Me and my family absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings. We moved here from Florida recently and found that this one has not only horrible service but horrible cooks who cook the food and the worst managers around. Maybe its he southern hospitality Im used to but every single time they get more than half the order messed up then they get an attitude with me like its my fault the order is wrong. Then they go to blame the cooks but yet dont try and fix the mistakes. Kids food always comes last which I hate. Bring theirs first. Then on top of it all the same manager comes out to say he is sorry and he will comp us. He needs to clean house and hire people who want to be there cause its costing him regulars. Edit (22 September 2017) Came back since making the first review months ago. Tried this place again yesterday and I must say, night and day difference. Server was awesome, he repeated order to make sure he got what we asked for and was super attentive and we never waited for anything. Awesome service for awesome food. I think they have been cleaning house and managing talent a little better.

Let me preface this by saying I worked as a server for over 5 years. Bottom line, I had a very bad experience at this particular BWW. I realize that on Saturday night you have to lower your expectations of getting seated and how long it takes your food to be served, however there is zero excuse for cold food. At one point in our dinner our server basically disappeared for approximately 20 minutes. This was at the time our food was served, which was cold. My wifes salad was not cold, it was warm and the lettuce was wilted. Both my kids meals were missing the sides and my meal was missing ranch dressing. Again, all meals were cold and obviously sat at the expo station. It was another server who brought both our meals and appetizer, which might explain why everything was cold. It took her approximately 10minutes to check on us after our meals were served, another five minutes to get the kids sides dishes and 10 minutes to refill waters. Overall, not impressed and not happy. I actually regret giving her an 18% tip.

One of the worst service restaurant I have ever been to!! Me and my son went after a movie tonight. When we first got there the table we were sat at was completely filthy the lady who was also our waitress also got an attitude and huffing and puffing bc I asked her to wipe our table off. Then it took almost 30 mins to receive an appetizer and my Mt dew bc its sour and gross. When they finally brought our food it was ice cold I called the mgr twice and all she had to say Im sorry. I know part of it is my fault bc I went to a bar scene restaurant on one of the busiest nights. But my son has leg problems and couldnt walk to the food court from the movie theater so we ate there. But this is still unacceptable and then she couldnt even make it right and all she could say was sorry. I can guarantee we will never be at this location ever again!

Waited for 45 minutes for a table for two. When we initially came in we were told it would only be a 15-20 minute wait. That wasnt a problem, we knew it was a Saturday night and they were busy. So we took a quick walk around the mall and came back. 20 minutes passed and no text message that our table was ready. Stood outside the door where the hostess could see us. Waited another 10 minutes which was fine. We didnt have a problem until we noticed 3 other sets of people who all put their reservation in after we did. They all received their tables before us, and they were also bigger parties than we were. So we finally went up and complained and thats when they said they would seat us now. We shouldnt have to push to get service. It was very unorganized and now we know not to come when its busy.

Ive gone to other Buffalo Wild Wings locations (VA locations) and they have been pretty good. The location here at Arundale Mills hasnt been good at all. I came here last weekend and the hostess took a while to acknowledge us; we then proceeded to go to the lounge/bar area and there were dirty dishes on almost every table, which made us leave. We came back today and the wait was about an hour long even though we were told it would be 30 mins. The facility still looked dirty and uninviting. The wait staff did not provide good customer service (lacked professional attitude), and our server was hard to track down. Looks like I wont be coming back here anymore; Ill take my business someplace else.

When theyre on theyre on but when theyre not its really bad. Sometimes I get in and get my food very quickly even if theyre really busy, however, sometimes theyre not so fast even when theyre not so busy. Inconsistent. Thankfully, that doesnt detract from the taste of the food. Its best to go Monday or Thursday for 60 cent boneless wing night. This particular place is in a mall so the setting is a bit cramped especially for my family when we have our baby and his stroller. The food is great but I have noticed that sometimes my wings are more breading than chicken which is frustrating so if youre looking for meatier chicken wings maybe try Hooters.

Had to sit at 1 of the 10 uncleared tables because the staff couldnt get them cleaned while they were off doing better things. Finally got waited on by someone who wanted to sit and take our order, no wonder the tables werent being cleared. Food was excellent once it came out, about 35 minutes later. Waited another 20 minutes after we were done eating, waitress never came back over. We left a gift card and a couple dollars, which was too much of a tip. Been to this BWW several times and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Management should watch their wait staff and make sure they are acting in a manner that would represent the company well.

Arrived at this location on a Saturday and restaurant was very crowded. Staff called out and seating guests was not the best. Also, the floor had a lot of trash and was not cleaned up after each guest left. Waitress took a very long time to bring out the shareable appetizers. Asked waitress for mayo on the side and was given one mayo packet. Also, the bathroom was filthy and and they had run completely out of paper towels. The drinks were good, but poor seating, messing dining area, filthy bathroom and being under staffed at peak time made for an overall poor experience. I would not recommend this location under any circumstances.

Dispicable! My wife, 2 kids and I decided to try this BWW, since we enjoy the one where we live. Wow, we were wrong!! The Waitress came over, after 10 mins of no drink orders, finally ordered our drinks (3 sweet teas) simple, right? Yeah.....20 mins later same Waitress goes to the table behind us and gets their drink orders.....No drinks still for us, 25-30 mins into it. Unbelievable. Manager didnt care, as we clearly left very upset. If I could give no stars, I would. Shame on you! Whoever owns this Franchise needs a wake up call. I wish I spent an extra minute reading reviews before we decided to dine there, WOW! *Two thumbs down*
