I like Qdoba. The food is good, and the space is beautiful, but the variety is lacking. Qdoba competes with Moes, which has an amazing fresh salsa bar, and Chipotle, which has market dominance and a strong branding tone. Qdoba is somewhere below Chipotle and Moes in the Faux Mex burrito cafes, but it is still delicious, nutritious, and fun. If you are looking for tacos or some other classic Tex Mex dish, go elsewhere, there are too many other good spicy choices in Cville to taste what everyone else gets to everywhere.
