Horrible service. First the woman who prepped my order tossed my order on thetable for the woman in the drive thru to give to me which when i got home realized had caused my mashed potatoes and gravy to open and spill all over the inside of the bag, I then realized they got my order wrong and i had items missing. So i called them, and when i called them and told them what had happened the gentleman on the phone said "what do you want us to do?" I then replied "how about making things right since yall screwed up on my order and i already paid for it and i did not get what i paid MY money for." So he then replies "well what do you think we should do?" Long story short i eventually convinced them to give me my money back.... these people obviously are clueless, the food portions suck and the customer service skills were worse. I will NEVER go to this franchise again.

I live 5 minutes from this KFC and have been going there for years but in the last 6 months this KFC has gone down hill big time and I will not be returning. I order (to go) the same thing every time I have gone here only to get home to find items missing from my order nearly 60% of the time plus what I order with senior discount cost me $10.10 up until a month or two back where the cost increased by just short of $3.00. I would be willing to pay the extra $3.00 if the food and service was as good as it was a year ago. I would expect this review to disappear as all I see are 3 to 5 star reviews.

I went to KFC at Exit 5 in Bristol, VA tonight. My server was Kari. She was great. I promised her with all of her encouragement that I would fill out the on line kfc experience thing.. I took my take out home, which was delicious, but when I went on line ..... Im, sorry KARI, as great an employee as you are, there is no way in Hades Id go through all that. John P. Not a bad place to eat, they usually have the same stuff on the bar everyday if you decide to eat the buffet. I used to not really eat here all that much but after the building was remodeled it seems so much cleaner and a better overall atmosphere.

Horrible, food was old and greasy, the bar had no drumsticks and they didnt put any out until several customers complained. The employees were standing around ignoring the customers. We wont be going back to that kfc !

No fresh food out thats twice thats happend since we have been there said they would put fresh out and never do you have to stay on them untill you get your plate fixed and thats just rude do not recommend ever

Worst ever! Food was cold waited over 30 minutes waiting. For our food.... Everyone before and after me got theirs...I waited for 30 minutes! I DO NOT recommend this place!

Very slow in service. The supervisor tried to help and couldnt take a false order off the computer so the manager had to come and fix it. Need better training.

They still have a buffet and its decently priced. Food on the buffet comes out consistently. Also having the $5 meal deals is a great option.
