Just got back from eating there during their lower price burger night. The three of us had two burgers and a chicken sandwich. Sides were celery/carrot/dip, fries, and steamed broccoli. First, we got there and had to wait about 25 minutes to be seated. Then we sat for about 5 and got our drinks. Waited about 10 minutes before had our order taken. Food took quite a while to make it out to us. Burgers were good, but chicken sandwich was made wrong. New one was sent out about 3minutes later but also wrong and the side was still partially frozen. Had to call over waitress to get it fixed again. Food taste was nothing special. Very basic level taste and VERY salty. Costs of food are also pretty high for what you get unless you get there for meal deals like happy hour or lunch buffet. We did get partial amount taken off bill for the incorrect sandwich, which was very nice because we never even asked for it. Manager also came by to ask us how we liked the meal. Service was frustrating because the servers were all over the place because it was soooo busy. Was very small place too, so there were accidents like servers dropped glasses and people bumping into each other a lot. Was very loud too. Hard to talk. Was very happy to have something unique here in ME,OH. but will only go back to try again for the lunch buffet and see how that is. Maybe catch a cruise in. Just takes too long for food, feels impersonal, costs a lot, food tastes not that special.

I was the happiest dude in Medina when I heard about this place opening. Best wings in the area. My old lady always gets the ribs and absolutely loves them. I wont admit how many times Ive been there since theyve opened, but lets just say I know what Im ordering before I even walk in the door. The service is top notch to put it quite frankly. For a place that just opened, there was bound to be some kinks, although I havent personally observed them and even if I did I wouldnt fault them for it. The staff is incredibly friendly, and once again, Im embarrassed to mention a few of them know me by name now due to the frequency of my visits. Chris, Steve, Pete, and Austin all come to mind as some of the great staff there - but for all the others I dont yet know (or cant remember their name) - they all do a great job. Im self-proclaimed connoisseur of chicken wings and on a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being the best) I give the Lube Medina a 10 - no questions asked.

Honestly I dont like this Quaker steak in medina because no one seems to do they job right. I order food from here one day and the waiter was just standing around and saw me sitting there waiting to order so she never took my order. She wasnt doing nothing at all but just talking to another customer. So I had to go out side and call to place my order over the phone when she should have just taken my order in person instead of me having to call and order. that makes no sense to me! The food is good but the people isnt good that works here and they attitudes is what Bothers me the most. She was just having a regular conversation with the customer she wasnt taking a order now if she was taking they order that would be a different story. But just having conversation and u have a customer waiting to order thats not right!

Walked in - waited for approximately 7 minutes and walked out. The place was filthy and in utter disarray. The waitresses looked so stressed and none of them had smiles on their faces. The "door boy" made sure his hair was in place before addressing myself and my son as we waited. Then he seemed content to let us continue to wait, not checking on our table to see how much longer the wait might be. (we were the only customers in need of a table) Obviously, management needs to be much more aggressive here. We will not return to any Quaker Steak & Lube.

To describe the service as poor to fair is being overly kind. We ordered lunch to go from here and they said 20 minutes. 45 minutes later they brought out the order but it wasnt right and they said they would have to redo it. 40 minutes later they brought out the "correct order". We brought it back to work and was missing one of the meals. It was too late by that time to go back and get it so that person just went hungry. Very disappointing. Wont be going back any time soon.

Hello ..... When it first opened it was first rate... now the service is O.k. but the food is very questionable... friend got the carrots and celery sticks as a side and they were so old and tasted old.. Our ribs were not fall off the bone... Manager said they were cooked for 7 hrs... should get another clock... Are they blind that they cant see people want what they pay for....only thing good and more consistent are the wings... good luck folks....

Quaker Stake and Lube is disrespectful to law enforcement in Medina, please help me by refraining from ever going there!!!! The manager is a disrespectful person and I hope he will never need the law enforcement but if he does at some point,I hope he learns to gain the respect they deserve, I hope this is not how the whole company believes they can act, I am very disappointed and will never recommend going here.

The lady who was bartending had a bad attitude, struggled hard to make a simple drink. Smelled like rotten eggs inside. Overall bad service. I never ever would post anything negative but the waitress waiting to leave with red hair and a larger sized woman was saying horrible things while including me and my sister in law in her snap chats. Really need some better staff. I will not return to this location

Kids burger way over cooked... wifes chicken was also dry and over cooked. My ribs were very good with original sauce. My other kids chicken fingers were also fine. Service was good they did replace th he kids burger... 75.00 wad a bit much for the type of bar food. STICK WITH THE BASICS WINGS RIBS ETC. They must not have real cooks... sorry calling it like we ate it. Medina oh Quaker.

The menu changed. My kids dont like anything on it anymore. They got rid of their mild wings. The prices went up. They always serve cold food but have always compensated for it so we kept coming back but now that the menu is terrible and the food is still cold we will never come back. To bad because they have always had great customer service.

This place started out great then fizzled out. Good servers and bartenders left (all with nothing good to say about the place). The quality of food went downhill, and promotions they used to draw crowds in were slashed. Pretty much the Applebees of wings at this point. There are countless better sports bars within a five minute drive.

wait was long to get a table tables were also very smashed in the dining room, people kept bumping into our chairs, bar tender gave me in correct change, and after asking to split an entree, the waitress brings the food to the table on one plate. over all not very happy with this location.
