Iv been going to this place for over 10 yrs food quality is a solid 7 out of 10 all and all sometimes a 9 .couple problems iv had problems with last couple of yrs is they dont keep up on the cleanliness always food and trash on floor ,the cooks that grill the steaks are always hit or miss as far as you tell them how you want your steak cooked,one thing drives me absolutely insane is they cut into all the steaks to see the is rare medium well done etc and half as short order cook or back yard average bbq griller should know you dont have to cook into steak to see how far its cooked lets out all the juices.also the managers a blond woman that comes to mind and others are always looking at the guests whispering and snickering and laughing like they dont have nothing better to do last but not least way way way to many people here kids screaming like maniacs running a hundred miles and hour parents not saying or doing nothing as I said another issue managers cook be handling HINT HINT! the food quality is most important on my list but everything els needs work Big time so this gets a 2 and half star rating ,one thing for sure dont go on weekend for lunch and especially dinner theres easily 5 hundred people in there morning breakfast is way way less people the lines at dinner for steak are sometimes 25 people deep with just one cook on the grill that makes perfect sense ugh HINT hint managers.oh p.s managers you think you can go a half a block down the street to dollar tree and get some cheep air freshener for the stinky smelly bathrooms? I know to busy gossiping and talking trash about paying customers good job! Ugh

Hey, its a buffet restaurant... In Cleveland.... and its the only one for miles around, so listen, youre not going in expecting pristine, quiet, ultra-calm, right? There are children... sometimes LOTS of children and sometimes those children are not so well supervised, and sometimes the adults cannot seem to supervise even themselves. If you avoid Friday around rush time after work to about 8pm, same on Saturday, and definitely not Sunday after church... its manageable. Oh, and not the 1st weekend of the month, ever. So far as the food, I have to say Ive never had "bad" food at this location. On occasion Ive had food that was way too salty or generally over-seasoned. What I can say is that anytime Ive had a complaint, the managers, particularly a gentleman named Matt, have gotten right on it and made sure I was satisfied with the results. There are several waitresses here that are really, really good with their customers, know many of them by name and seem, despite the bustle, to treat them like family. Overall, if I avoid the above days and situations, (go during lunch time, people.) I like Golden Corral just fine.

Reasonable different food options i would say fair for the places cleanings. The bathrooms are always horrible. Sometimes a waiting on food to get done but not a long wait. The crowd is more younger generation then older. Alot of young generation using profanity acting wild. The food is great waiters are mostly friendly and very good. This wouldnt be a typical place i would bring younger kids sometimes because of the things that go on in their with the younger kids . Best to come around breakfast or lunch when its not to crowded. This place is mostly crowded everyday and mostly on the weekends. Sometimes theres no seating and more like sitting in top of each other. But overall the food is great and waiters are very nice . Bring kids or not enjoy some great food .

NEVER AGAIN !!my mom now has food poisoning!! Worst mistake I did was go there, food is absolutely horrible ,I mean who cooks this trash ? The desserts was beyonde nasty ! The pudding taste like water and still had powder lumps in it ,cheesecake taste like thick salt ,ice cream taste like sugar water , completely disgusting ,there food was either over cooked or under cooked no taste ,the cheese for the chips was lumpy ,only thing good was the yeast rolls paid a lot of money to only be happy with the rolls ,I went yesterday 10/8/16 to the one on Brook park ,smh HORRIBLE

I would say the food was awesome except for the burnt corn on the cob but the place was dirty no clean tables we had to wait for like 15 minutes to sit down there were kids running around screaming and yelling while we trying to eat our food no parents was watching their child and I felt like the people that work and go to Corral could have definitely had enforce that rule so we all could be comfortable the bathroom had no tissue the place was honestly a total disaster and I wouldnt go back there ever Im going to try the one out in Macedonia

The food was old and horrible, the server was worse than the food, every plate that we used (party of 4) was still on table (piled up in the corner ) at the end of our visit and I was sucking on ice cubes for water cuz I never received a refill during entire visit, my husband left a tip, that I put in my pocket due the fact that she DID NOT deserve that tip. The location on brookpark Rd cleveland oh is a hit or miss sinario .....IF THE management staff, including the upper staff cared it would show in the quality of food and service

The food was terrible! Overall VERY unsanitary! Most of the food looked like it was left out over night. You can tell the works dont receive fair wages because the quality of food, cleanliness of the building and flatware reflects that. Most of the workers are rude and have dirty uniforms. Furthermore, everyone knows the workers out front are a reflection of the overal qaulity of any establishment. I wouldnt be surprised if the county health department closes this place down soon rather than later.

The place seemed okay, the food I selected was luke warm / room temperature at best & I found several pieces of dirty silverware before locating a clean one. The service there wasnt too bad but that doesnt out way the quality of everything else. This doesnt mean I wont go back, in fact I have been there before and the quality of the food and the condition of the facility was much better... maybe they were having an off-day or maybe it had something to do with the time that we went there.

Been there about 7-8 times and its always hit or miss. Most of the time, you have to settle for eating whatever isnt empty and whatever you can get, rather than what you actually want. Today was the last straw, however. Staff were rude, most food empty and not refilled for15-20 minutes. Employees could not have cared less, especially the one walking around eating the food with his underwear hanging out. SO many customers that you trip over each other. Horrible dining environment.

This place is as disgusting as they come. I havent been here In months but i dont plan to return ever again. Ive been here several times over the years bit each time is as bad as the last. The place is filthy. You have to inspect all of the plates and silverware for dried on leftover food. The serving stations are always messy and unkept. The food isnt that great. Always over crowded. The tables are close together. Bratty kids run a muck there. Its not worth the money.
