Came into waffle house tonight to place a order to go. Walked in while waitress was taking several other peoples order. Stood by cash register for over 2Omin patiently while waitress took no recognition of my presents. The same waitress who took order of individuals in front of me. Other groups walked in to be seated then started placing orders in which orders would be placed in front of me. I then made my presents known making waitress aware i would like to place order. In which she took note but made no effort to comply after several more minutes had past. Observing also what looked like a employee off the clock who may or may not been management randomly walking in going behind counter in an unprofessional manner making there way towards backroom. Patients ran thin & without making any further attempts to notion the waitress for a second chance to place order i departed establishment for service else where.

A lady named Tonya was disrespectful to numerous customers and especially her coworker Quan. She PURPOSELY ignored him and pulled a knife to chop food subsequently following his patient and intimidated demeanor when telling her his order. Over a DOZEN people watched in disbelief of her blatent lack of disregard of respect and integrity towards her coworker. Shes honest to God a disgrace to this human race. She was also antagonizing another customer rolling her eyes at the woman. She was on a phone while waiting on my last part of my order. No glove changing... even after sneezing twice and wiping sweat from her face. This deserves further investigation into TONYA. And Quan deserves a medal for dealing with such disrespect. He was outstanding and he is debatably one of the best employees Ive ever seen.

Waffle House, North Richmond, Virginia: New Years Day, 10:00PM. A lone gentleman played solitaire on an old laptop, his cold hash browns sat next to him unfinished. A band of suburban teenagers lounged outside on their rusted 92 Grand Prix smoking cigarettes and pot. The large jukebox sat silent in the corner, and the bright fluorescent lights showed every stain on the waitress's apron as she took our order from greasy laminated menus that reside at each table. The Santa Fe omelet tasted like despair and overcooked onions. The staffed provided good service despite having to work in an enviroment with an overwhelming feeling of hopelessness and tasty hashbrowns.

Well, I ordered the all star special with scrambled eggs , ham and hashbrowns with cheese and onions...what I got was .. scrambled eggs with cheese, hashbrowns with cheese( no onion) and bacon...and no waffle... I think they forgot waffle was cooking...well they realized it was when it was burning....then the cook looked at me and then the waffle..I guess he realized it was for me..but threw it away and just acted like he didnt know anything...no apologies or anything..sucks for me since I live in Jersey and there arent any waffle House..I guess Ill get my waffle next trip...and it all cost me $13.00 with tip...what a bad experience...

Waited patientely for about 20 min, got a table and we had 6 people with us the waitress throw all of our silverwear on the table in a pile. Recieved our food with hair in two difffernt plates blonde and black no one except one person had a hair net asked for; the manager never recieved an apology, rushed to get back on his cell phone and only wanted to take a portion off the bill. Back floor was very nasty attitude was horrible and grits were not done and cold.

It used to be a pretty good place to eat at night.These days its a pigs mess .. Are went in at 3rd shift and most of the people in there were sleeping and all the tables were filthy. Girl wipe the table half way. They were cleaning floors but the never clean under the Appliances. You sit down and see all the filthy mess under there. Nasty Nasty lazy 3 rd shift

Food good as usual. However conflicts among staff nearly ruined meal. They were loud when giving orders to the cook, and banged the dishes while washing them. Most of them seemed more concerned about looking good when management arrived than in their customers. The two actually waiting on tables were quieter and did a good job.

Prompt and friendly service! Clean establishment as well. Only real complaint is while she wasnt our server(Thank goodness), Tonya is quite rude and smart mouthed to not only customers but also her fellow co-workers; especially Quan. Quan was our server and while hes a bit shy, hes outstanding in service!

Omg FLIES!!!! FLIES!! FLIES!!!! Disgusting I cant believe the health department lets this place remain open! On the bright side the waitress was really nice but the other waitress stole her tip from another table! Food was decent but omg the flies!!!!!!!!!! Flies!!!!!

Great breakfast, Charlotte promptly greeted us by holding the door with a smile. What a nice gesture! Thwle whole staff said Good Morning as we entered. Redeta our waitress was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. Would love to go back again soon!

Our first waitress was evidently not having a good day. Very grouchy. Then there was a shift change and our next waitress was much better. But the food was sub par. I was expecting a much more robust waffle and my side of sausage was paper thin.

This is the worst waffle house experience Ive ever had. We sat there for twenty minutes and received literally NO service, not even drinks. When we asked for service one of the cooks was extremely rude saying if we didnt like it we could leave.

The food is awful. The people that work the over night shift are terrible and should be fired!!!! They are rude disrespectful and the cook is mean and loud and cannot cook! Do not eat at this location go else where

I went in about 830 pm. The food was the worst. My ham and cheese omelette had the cold cheese laying on the plate, the hashbrowns were burnt and the bread, the cook, she put clumps of butter on the burnt toast.

They didnt have all the food that was on the menu. Steak was super thin, waitress short changed by $10 and Ive never heard of 10% food tax in my life. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
