I had a wonderful experience each time I have visited WH. I will return when in town. We were greeted by both the server and the cook. The cook Cindy is very professional and on point. Our waitress Michele is very friendly such a people person. Our food was out in a timely manner. It was freash and hot and exactly what we had ordered. Hats off to Cindy. Our cups never ran empty. Michele checked on us several times even while Haven several other tables to attend to. They were very professional while haven fun. The atmosphere was fantastic. Our kids really enjoyed the attention they were getting as well. Kid friendly. They enjoyed Michele just as much as we did. The restaurant was clean. AND the bathrooms were clean and smelled good. A plus Ladies!!! We will definitely be looking for Cindy and Michele when we return!!! You ladies deserve a raise! You are the definition of what customer service stands for.Thank you both for a wonderful experience, hot food, and a good time. Just tried to make a order for carry out waitress ansdered the then startes yelling to someone in the back ground. She came back on the phone and said waffle house again like was annoying her by calling. I said i wanted to place a order for carryout and she said "your gonna have to hold on" which i replied ok no problem. She sets the phone on the counter not even on hold so i can hear that i was put on hold so she could talk to a someone about perfume. I then hear "oh my gosh you would" and the pbone is hung up. I called back and she says waffle house again like im bothering her for calling back. I say again im trying to place a order for carryout and she says " well we arent cooking it til you get here" ti which i reply yea ok goodbye. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB QUIT. Dont take it out on your customers or maybe next time i should call and say i want to buy some perfume maybe then i could get some service. Worst service ever and i didnt even get food

Called in for my order 10 mins before I got here (Im at the location as I write this). I was told my order would be ready in, "10 mins or so." When I arrived, I sat in my car for an additional 7 mins before walking in (I have my dog with me). Was not greeted or even acknowledged when I walked in and after being here for 3- 5 mins I was finally acknowledged and told he was working in mine only for the waiter (Matt, who took my phone order) to call out my order at that time. Still waiting on food. Seems cook is not trained to handle moderate (and Im being nice) order volume. Extremely frustrating after 11 hours on the road. Worried that the food wont be up to par as I watch him cook. Its seriously questionable.

Horrible Horrible service!!!! one waitres there treated my kids & I like trash, she had a volume tone in her voice, her face was angry, and her words were negative! Her whole attitude was NEGATIVE . I was there today July 31 at 11:12 AM. My kids said they never experienced such a horrible treatment!

Raw undercooked waffle, burnt my ham, eggs were runny, sausage gravy was cold, and inside the restaurant it was freezing cold if its 10°F outside turn on the heat. I will never revisit this Waffle House only good thing about it was the salt shaker actually had salt.

Well the cook on nights is great but his servers suck. Especially the woman who served us this morning at 1 am she couldnt get our order right cause she was falling sleep. Then she started on talking bad about her cook. Arguing with the other server. Oh She lost her tip.

Took over an hour to get our food, they forgot half of the things. They werent understaffed at the time, nor were they particularly busy. Great for forcing family bonding I guess, but not for people who are really hungry.

The food was great and was served timely. The service was amazing, felt super homey. They dont go cheap on the toilet paper either that stuff is two ply. All together great place, would give 6 stars if I could.

I come here once a year when Im in Bowling Green VA. The food was delicious I enjoyed every bite and the service was friendly and fast. the restaurant was clean and I will have no problem returning again.

Ive never had breakfast served so fast even for how busy they were. Al though they forgot about my sausage they didnt charge me for it and were very sorry and hooked me up with a to go cup of coffee.

Horrible customer service! The waitess became upset because we sent the scrambled eggs back, due to them being undercooked and runny. She snatched the plates off the table and had a poor attitude.

My first Waffle House experience and it was awful... Ordered a Tbone well donr and it was bleeding grits was cold and lumpy and eggs were cooked too soft (twice). However Eddie was a great server.

This place is terrible!! Service was slow, they burnt the waffle then kicked on the floor! The employees all looked stoned!! We have been sitting here waiting to get our food for an hour!

Terrible service, full of excuses. 20 min to get water. 50+ min to get mediocre food. My husband said we would have been better off at mcdonalds and he hates fast food.
