Got here at 8:15pm on a Sunday night with my kids, & not long after we were here the cashier asked if we were done with the salad bar, started packing it up well over an hour before scheduled closing time at 10pm, werent making fresh pizzas or desserts either, had to ask for fresh food after eating the leftovers. Have had much better experiences at this particular Cicis before, but this time left disappointed unfortunately.

Like the title says, this is the only location I visit anymore. They have the largest variety of (FRESH) pizzas, cleanest dining area, and friendliest staff of any other location Ive visited. (The others being Laburnam Ave., Mechanicsville Tnpk., and Broad st.) Excellent are to be in, right beside the mall, and not far from anything at all. In fact, Im about to head out there in just a minute :-)

CiCis is an OK experience with young kids whos attention span is small and they want to get up and run around to play games too. Acceptable salad bar. Cheap pizza, but a nice variety of different type of toppings. sodas. Booths. Serve yourself style place. Once our kids reached their teen years, we could not drag there here... but it was good, and cheap, while it lasted.

It was awful I usually go to the one in Fredericksburg central park and they keep the food coming out and when you walk out they tell you have a nice night and thank you. This one was awful they ran out of everything or they didnt want to bring anything out or idk it was only 6:00 on the food was very nasty. Only thing good about this place is the arcade is bigger.

Went here on a whim and had such a great experience. The manager Craig was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Not only did he ring us up, but he was also in the dining room sweeping and busing tables. Visiting from out of town, I wish we could visit over and over again! Awesome service and food.

The food was great! We tried everything they had including the mac and cheese pizza. The service was also quick and responsive. We always had our plates cleared whenever we went back for more. They were quick with the food requests and had it prepared within 5 minutes!
