The experience my friends and I had today at this location was the WORST service and attention Ive had at any restaurant in my 35 years. Where to start... 4 people in our party sat down at 3:45 and ordered drinks (water, iced tea, and 2 beers). My boyfriend and I got there around 4:00 and they still had not gotten their drinks. When she took our drink order finally, their drinks still werent there. We finally got all our drinks around 4:05 and was ready to order. The waitress came back like 5-10 minutes later to tell us that they were changing servers and we got another waiter. He took our orders and left to put them in the system. Another friend showed up around 4:25 and the waiter came back and she placed her order. We were sitting until 5:00 and still did not have our food. We had all ordered a variety of items - wings, wedges, corn dogs, etc - and received nothing. I finally went to go ask if they would check on our order and they said that the food was ready, but they were waiting for the last persons food to be done to bring it out. So our food was sitting there while a quesadilla was being made. We finally got our food out around 5:10, but for some reason, he only put like 5 items on a tray at one time. So it took about 4 trips to bring us our food. AND he missed many items. I ordered wings with blue cheese and celery, corn dogs to share, and wedges with mayo on the side. NONE of my dippers came out so I was waiting to eat any of my food. I had to hunt him down to get my stuff I asked him for the dipping sides and he forgot the blue cheese and celery. It took me hunting him down again to get my blue cheese and celery. He took forever with our check (we told him just to bring 1), was never attentive during eating as we had many empty water cups, and was the most soft-spoken waiter ever. We couldnt hear him at all. In the entire BW3, there were only 11 occupied tables. We saw at least 7 staff just hanging in the kitchen chatting, at leaat 5 more just walking around, and I think 2 behind the bar. It should NOT take 1 hour to get our food, and we shouldnt have to flag down someone to refill our drinks when the last time they stopped by was 30 minutes ago. Since they were waiting for the quesadilla order to be done, even when it was placed 15 minutes after the initial group order, some of our food was overcooked and definitely tasted like it sat out for a while...it was not hot, more room-temperature. He shouldve let us know they were waiting for that order to be done before he brought our food. I have heard similar reports from friends who have been to this location in the past - the slowest service. One Tuesday they placed an order for wings about 30 minutes in advance of picking them up and were told they would be ready. They got there about 30 minutes after they ordered and the wings were not ready until about 45 minutes after they got there. I understand that wings Tuesdays can get busy, but when your specialty is WINGS and you say theyll be ready in 30 minutes...they should be ready in 30 minutes, not 1 hour 15 minutes later.

Should have just gotten take out, but I was feeling confident this evening. After work I changed clothes and came in for a light meal. It was nice outside so I sat on the patio. The table for which I was seated at was directly in front of the door from the inside leading to the patio. I swear everyone who came outside bumped my seat. I finally just jumped to another side to better my experience. My waitress was inadequate. Only saw her twice in the first 25 minutes. She came out when I was first seated, then five minutes late with my drink and to get my order. After that nothing. For a whole 25 minutes no refills, no are you okay, no your food should be ready soon. Now I typically am in the run a lot so I do carry out (to go) mostly and I get my order roughly in 12 minutes average time. 10 minutes for some bwws, 15 minutes for others. So me waiting for 25 minutes seemed odd. My food finally arrived and guess what???? It was cold!!!! I was very displeased. As I tried to eat my food nice and quietly some middle school kids started hanging out outside of the patio gate. To my displeasure, they began asking me personal questions and etc. Why would any middle school kids hang around adults on the patio? Cmon Im trying to eat in peace! Seemed out of the ordinary to me. It was pretty bothersome and very irritating for someone like me who just wanted to have a quietly calm dining experience alone. So glad once I paid for meal and got of there. If I wasnt bothered by those kids I would have stuck around for a drink. Oh well I learned my lesson. Sticking to the 10 minute carry out and eating on the curb next time. Oh and go to Fridays at Glenside for wings. They taste better.

Very hit or miss. Sometimes the service is great. Sometimes its horrible. Most of the time, Im in and out with no issue. However, last time I sat for 16 minutes without so much as a drink order being taken by the waitress. Keep in mind this was at lunch time during the week and they were not very busy at all. After 16 minutes, I finally went back to the hostess and asked her to re-seat me. Note that this wasnt because the waitress (covering the left side of the restaurant as you go in) didnt see me there. I was told twice by two different servers that "well be right with out" during that 16 minutes. I was ready to order my food as soon as I sat down, so that was 16 completely wasted minutes. Keep in mind this is the same chain that advertises how quickly you can get in and out during lunch...and here I am 16 minutes into it without so much as a Pepsi on the way to my table. Management needs to keep closer tabs because its hard to tell how much business they lose with their shoddy waitresses while others are doing a great job in other sections.

I travel around the state for work and visit many different locations but this one is closest to home. This past weekend I took a coworker for a quick dinner. When we got our tab, it showed 7 beers. We pointed it out, knowing it was a mistake since our lousy waitress hadnt even cleared dirty dishes and our 4 empty glasses were still sitting next to us. She went to "correct" it but instead came back with the manager. What a joke! He had a print out of when each beer was rang in to their computer starting at 8:30 when we didnt even get there until after 9 and we had other staff members backing us up. The manager was beyond rude and didnt even seem interested in listening to us. I imagine someone dipped out without paying their tab so it got pinned on us. Take my advice, drive the few extra minutes to Short Pump or Virginia Center.
