This was the most horrible experience I have ever had in a restaurant. When we arrived there were not a lot of people in the restaurant so we placed our order and took our seats. After waiting over 30 minutes our food comes out and we were informed they were waiting on bacon to be cooked so it would take longer. Why would you bring out an order that wasn’t finished?! So we were under the impression it would only take a few minutes to cook bacon (it doesn’t take me that long at home) but 20 minutes later we now have cold burgers and NO BACON! I walked up to the counter only to be greeted by a young lady who was absolutely rude and seemed beyond irritated that I was demanding our order be corrected. She then sent the order back to be fixed. While we were waiting for our food a second time I started to notice people were walking in and out of the kitchen eating, without hairnets and also without changing their gloves. They were cooking the food with the same gloves they were eating with. At this point I was absolutely disgusted and just asked for a refund. Avoid this place and save yourself some time and just go to a Five Guys.

i do not usually give five stars. The review started out as one. But they were very busy. The staff was running around and working hard. They were working hard I could see that. They made things right and showed me true hospitality. Which means a lot to me. The food was good. The staff was nice. Romaine lettuce and fresh onions. It was very good for a TA truckstop. For once O got a decent meal at a TA. Kudos to them. Its only a Fuddruckers but the people working there performed well as if it was a true restaurant. I am a truck driver. This is a truckstio. But the staff was great and took care of me.

Avoid this place. The food took a long time over 25 minutes, and was wrong when the order finally came. The guy who brought the food was confused when we told him it was not what we ordered. I then went up the counter to get some help and the lady handling getting the orders had a less than decent attitude and was on the edge of rude, yelling someone got that burger... Finally when I got the right burger it was overcooked and the fries were cold and to top it off the burger had something like folded wax paper in the second half. Stay away from this place.

I should have read the reviews of others before I went in. I have nothing good to say. I wont be back, bad service, nasty food, order came out wrong. I took my plate of food back up to the counter so they could fix my order and while I waited at the counter for them to fix it they cleaned my table off and threw my drink out and was about to throw my order of fries in the trash. There are to many restuarants in the immediate area within walking distance so dont waste your money here. Read the other review before you make up your mind.

Every time I go in there I got a burger and its always come correctly. Tonight I went in there and I got the one pound burger for the first time and Id have to say that it was probably the best burger that Ive had anywheres for a very long time. The burger cost about $10 in change and I think thats very reasonable because if you go to other places like Ruby Tuesdays Outback or whatever between$10 for a burger half that size my wife got the fish and chips and shes a pretty picky eater... She had no complaints

Some staff is very friendly but we walked in and half of the staff was sitting around. We saw one man get his food after us and he was there for a while. The guy standing in between the kitchen and the counter was rude. But the bus boy who was running food back and forth was very nice and made sure that the man got his food. The manager did not help out with the situation and continued to sit down and talk with people. Our order was messed up and it was uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

We have been to this Fuddruckers a few times and there has been an issue every time. This last time as we are sitting here now, we have watched the workers stand around eating and socializing. We also asked for the cheese to be filled since both were empty twice and they were never filled. Since they were too busy talking and eating, the service has not been very good. Fuddruckers is our favorite restaurant (Myrtle Beach is the best!) but this one is no where near the others!!!

Chris was great checked on everyone while everyone else was sitting around. Guy at the "burger station" in front of the kitchen was a prick yelling at Chris for trying to get someones food out after he was there for a while waiting on his food. Chris continued to apologize. Been to fudruckers for years up north, I was really excited when they open one closer to me. After this visit I highly doubt Ill be back to this one. Love the food bad atmosphere.

Food was great. The price, a little north of Five Guys by comparison. Big portions which should serve well for the most likely customers given the location. The store given have management coming in other locations to train the local staff so this review along with others about this location is associated with a new store opening should not be taken as an accurate review of what this location will perform once the dust settles.

Well done burger to go just like I ordered within 10 minutes of when I walked in and ordered. I will eat here again. Gladly. The cashier was nice, the server was friendly, and the cook was working up a storm in the back. Thanks for a great experience my first time at your location. For a somewhat busy truckstop location, these employees did what they do and did it well. For that they earned 5*.

Favorite place for burgers and chicken tenders in Ashland. Its not super quick as they can get quite busy but its great for a low fuss dining experience. Ive witnessed some unpleasant behavior from the front of house staff but seems to have gotten better in my more recent visits. Theres a lot of variety in the menu too. Will continue to eat here regularly.

The restaurant is clean. The service is lacking. After watching several people come in after us getting their food before us. My husband went to say something only to find out the POS system never received our order. Im writing this as we sit here still waiting. Their apology was giving us 6 cookies before our meal. Then to have my order come out wrong.

Food was good for roadside fare. The restaurant was was busy and vibrant but was a little messy given that only half the tables were filled. Food was a little slow getting to us but tasted fine. Understaffed? Staff members were nice and helpful though. Its a little hard to find because it is tucked behind the fueling station.

Love that this place is conveniently located in Ashland. As with any place that just opened and has all new staff, they have there new opening pains as everyone is learning so food can be a little slow to come out but WELL worth the wait. Outstanding food!!! Fixins bar is fresh! Have not had anything bad in there yet!!!!!
