This is a KFC/Taco Bell with incompetent employees who absolutely REFUSES to make an Ultimate Cheese Snacker with CHEESE anytime I go! Every other KFC I go to makes the Ultimate Cheese Snacker with two buns, a piece of chicken, and a creamy orange cheese sauce. This KFC/Taco Bell puts some sort of spicy salmon colored sauce on there that they insist is their "ultimate cheese" sauce, but in no way tastes or looks like cheese (its not anywhere remotely near the orangey color you see in pictures of this Snacker in ads). This sauce clearly does not contain the ingredients that can be found on KFCs official website, and is clearly not what the Ultimate Cheese Snacker is advertised to have on it. I complain because this is my favorite cheap snack (being 99 cents) from KFC and I happen to work some days nearby this particular KFC/Taco Bell. Even when I explain to them that what they put on there is not what any other KFCs use, they refuse to make it the way I want to eat it (even Burger King will let you "Have it Your Way"). Thankfully, the KFCs and KFC/Taco Bells in Sterling and around Fairfax County make them with cheese (or at least a sauce that looks and tastes reasonably like cheese). Aside from them refusing to make the Ultimate Cheese Snacker correctly, they also frequently mess up my meals. Even more frequently, they actually charge me for more food than I ordered and just toss the extra food in there. I constantly have to tell them Id rather have ONE biscuit instead of two (who needs two?), regardless of the fact that the second one is only 20 cents extra, and yet they charge me for two and give me two almost every time. Can they really not find the single biscuit button? If youre near the Ashburn KFC/Taco Bell and want to eat at a half-way decent KFC.. just drive a couple miles down 28 in either direction and go to one of the Sterling locations. If youre near the Ashburn KFC/Taco Bell and just want food, I recommend Pot Bellys, Quiznos, Pomodoro, or food from a nearby gas station over the Ashburn KFC/Taco Bell.

Literally the worst fast food place I have ever been to. Yes, Im even including out of state places. First off, every thing every other reviewer has mentioned is completely true -- and theyve probably left a couple of things out. I happen to work down the street from this Taco Bell and only get a 30 minute lunch break -- which, at 12pm means that half of it will be spent waiting in traffic. Therefore, the desire to get FAST food. Every time I have gone to this location, the wait has been at least 10+ minutes in the drive through and 15-20 minutes inside. A story to illustrate how much management/corporate doesnt care: Lunch time rush - they have THREE people working behind the counter. (Register, food production, drive through) At a table towards the back of the restaurant a large corporate type and the "manager" of the place, (who comes to work with more makeup on then all the customers combined) are disciplining/counseling an employee. In the middle of the restaurant, in front of CUSTOMERS, in the middle of the LUNCH rush. Sadly, this wasnt a 5 minute thing, like looking at a train wreck happening, I couldnt turn away. This "session" lasted at least 40 minutes with the "manager" not even once turning to look at either the line of customers or showing an once of concern. And what about the corporate guy, you ask? He looked half asleep for every minute of the "meeting" and asked one question the whole time he was there. Two closing tips: (1) If youve got the time, drive east about 5 minutes to the "Dulles 28/Wegmans Center" and theres a Burger King behind the Target that has much faster service. (2) I have had the bad luck of "visiting" this Taco Bell at 9pm... no change, the lines are still long and the service is horrid. I say boycott!

What a total mess. The two people in front of me had incorrect orders, as did the lady who came in from the drive thru line. My order was correct, I guess the 10 minutes it took them have them ample time. Inside is filthy, trash everywhere. A different lady from the drive thru line came in and complained to the manager and how she was rude and slammed the window in her face. Yes, the manager did this and told her "I dont care"when she said she would complain to corporate. To top it all off, the drive thru guy went to the bathroom, barely rinsed his hands with water without using soap, and walked out of the bathroom. I will never come here again.

Several times this location did not put toys in my kids meal bags. You can imagine the kind of fuss this caused when I got home! I assumed they had forgotten the toys, and vowed to check the next time. Well, on the THIRD time of no toys, I pointed this out to the manager - who told me they dont put toys in their kids meals! Do the toys really cost that much?? Cheap skates. Unwisely, I returned to this location after grocery shopping nearby. "Sauce for your tacos?" "Yes, some hot and mild please." I got home and found 4 packets of HONEY MUSTARD in my bag. Seriously??

Worst Fast Food Ever! Seriously. Ive been there like 5 times in drive thru over the last year or so, about 3 or 4 out of those times, theyve got the order wrong! I mean, stuff like, totally missing items, or putting chicken in a Cheese Quesadilla and stuff like that. Just yesterday, I ordered 6 different items, and 2 of those were missing when I get home! Then, when I called them to complain, they are like: "What do want me to do, stuff happens. Dont call in to complain like that"! No apologies at all... Worst customer service ever... Dont bother going there.

Not worth it. Drive to another Taco Bell. Every single time I go here they mess up my order some way or another. They forget silverware for bowls of food, forget to give my card back through the drive-thru window, etc. Ive never been to a taco bell with staff so disinterested and unprofessional. I dont understand how I can order a specific combo meal, have it repeated back, and still get the wrong tacos. Ive only come back out of convenience, but from now on Ill drive to Broadlands for my tacos.

Not just the worst Taco Bell/KFC, but one of the worst fast food restaurants Ive ever been to. Ive been to this location a number of times over the last 10 years, and the employees are very rude and almost always get the orders wrong. Im shocked that this location is still in business. If Im ever in the mood for Taco Bell, I will always drive to one of the locations farther away. And if Im in the mood for KFC... well, then Im out of luck.

Can you really be mad at a T-bell!? I have been hitting up this joint for years. It is pretty sweet you can get both fried chicken with a side of a taco at the same place. I feel like they drive-thru always goes by fast (which I use the most here) and the food comes out just as it has from all the t-bells I have ever been to. Staff seems pretty nice too!

The sad thing is, I ate my entire meal. While sitting at the table looking around thinking, "This place is filthy and this guy at the counter is a clown." On my way out, I caught a glimpse of the picture of the store managers plaque hanging on the wall and thought "This woman has no clue how to manage a business." DONT EAT HERE!!
