When I first arrived at the drive-thru I was cut off continuously by the lady taking my order as she tried to total out my bill. She seemed impatient and hastily rushed my order. There was no one behind me in the drive thru line nor was the inside busy when I pulled up to the window. She took my money then asked me to park and she would bring my food out. I waited patiently and got out of the car to help when they came out and was briskly told by the manager to come inside next time I have a large order. This was before he dropped my bag of food and just took my order back inside to "top off my onion rings" which had spilled out if the bag that he dropped. First off, I wasnt aware that ordering food for a family of four was considered a large order. The order wasnt complex with any strange additions, just four meals ordered by number from your menu. Second thing is you made such a big deal about it but didnt even get my order right. You charged me for the two cheesecakes I asked for but didnt give me any. But third and finally, and what really enticed me to write this review, is that when a man orders onion rings and asks for zesty sauce give the man some zesty sauce. I got neither that or the ketchup you guys asked me if I wanted. Long story not so short, you may have just lost the business of a "large order" family for good.

Tasty and fresh food plus an amazing staff, what more can you ask for?! Went to dine in on Tuesday and I was greeted by the friendliest cashier. His name is Freddy. Greeted me with a smile and was so polite. I didnt feel rushed even though they were kind of busy. At the end of my order he offered me a dessert. When getting my fries the manager Veronica said the fries were too cold to serve so they cooked fresh fries. I was impressed. Sometimes I go next door to the McDonalds and their fries are always cold. Also McDonalds ALWAYS gets my order wrong. I got my food and everything was hot and fresh. 10 minutes after I see the manager again coming out to the lobby to greet customer and ask how was everything. I cant praise this place anymore! Great job Veronica and team!!!

I guess Ive been here enough over the years that some of the staff recognized me and know if Im going to order fries, Ill want them with "no salt" so drop some fresh when they see me. But even experiencing this nice recognition, a couple of times now, one of the cooks will still shake salt onto them while looking right at me. He apparently doesnt understand the need to cut back on salt. *The location is convenient to housing & shopping. Occasionally Ill get a front-end employee who must be having a sour day & doesnt smile and seems to want to get me served & away quickly even when Im the only customer. Overall though, Ive been greeted friendily. **Freddy is ALWAYS friendly & cheerful!!

What is up with the fast food places in and near Ashburn? Taco Bell, McDonalds, and Burger King will mess up my order every single time - and Ive quit going to all three in Ashburn. My daughter doesnt like cheese, so I asked for no cheese on some breakfast sandwich she wanted. No cheese slice - check. Instead, they just replaced it with cheese sauce! Weeks later, the same thing happened! Each time what started off as a special trip to get some breakfast before school turned into a pain in the tush, with us having to run back inside and explain that CHEESE SAUCE IS STILL CHEESE. No means no. We laugh about it now, but we wont be going back.

Came to store at 8:36pm went to go inside BUT door was locked already. .on a FRIDAY NIGHT. ..THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEN THERE. I left 2 other cars tried the door and left also. .. I dont think I will be going back to THAT BURGER KING

No air conditioning ketchup always haves water in trying to save money. You ask for ketchup and they get a attitude, the food looks horrible, they have Nats flying everywhere!
