I was very impressed by this small hidden restaurant. Just looking for a quick bite to eat my family and I stumbled across this Thai place on the back side of the Centreville shopping Center. At to say the least it was not expected to be this good! First I know it doesnt always matter but the environment of My Thai Place was very nice; the new age french decoration really fit well! Thai food is a staple in my families diet and this is definitely one of our new go to spots. The food was good (drunken noodle, Pad Thai and Chicken Panang) were all cooked very well and even had that extra spicy kick to it that a lot of Thai places cut back on now. This wasnt the best Thai restaurant i have ever eaten at but it was in the top 10 and I will definitely be going back and trying other options on the menu. Also while the cocktail was very good (Mai Thai) it was also super super strong...you have been warned. I have been told their crispy duck is the best thing on the menu and will be my next dish I get there.

Having spent a lot of time in Thailand on deployments I can say that this is the best thai food Ive had since returning stateside. I had the summer rolls, Somtum, Drunken noodle, and sticky rice with mango. All was excellent and well prepared. The Bay Breeze was even really good! The design and setup was excellent also. You will notice that tables are not bunched up together or too close to hear the next patrons conversations, the flooring is very nice plank, and the restaurant kept it nice and warm for us to be comfortable with taking our coats off. Ill be back for certain. ps. Thai food is to be eaten fresh, not delivered....make a point to visit.

This place is a jewel hiding in Centreville Square shopping center. It’s highly recommended by our neighbor so we decided to give a try. Wow, this is the best restaurant service I have ever experienced. I love that the interior is decorated so nicely which give you unique feeling than going to any typical Asian restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff was amazing!! I recommended Drunken Noodle, Green Curry, Crispy Fish with Chili source, Sweet Rice & Mango, and maybe I will try their cocktails next time:)If you are looking for a restaurant with delicious food, good atmosphere, and great service, you are going to love My Thai Place.

Four of us went here for lunch. The food was alright. However the waiter added a 17 % gratuity without notifying us. Moreover, she rang up our credit cards without gratuity first, cancelled it and rang up again with gratuity. She brought all three receipts and showed us the one with greater amount to sign. One of us asked otherwise we would have ended up paying almost 40 % tip. Felt like getting ripped off.

LOVE this restaurant! My husband and I dined here a few weeks after it opened. The food was wonderful - very nice presentation, delicious, generous portions, and prices were very affordable. The staff was very friendly and attentive but not hovering. Such a cute place inside too. Try it!

I was surprised by the decor of the restaurant! It looks very nice inside, and while they are just a small restaurant, they serve very good food! Service was friendly and the food was spot on! Great noodle and curry dishes. They also are very reasonably priced, and I plan on coming back!

Love this place and go here all the time. Service is friendly and quick. My favorite is the red curry, and think the appetizers are delicious (like the summer rolls and the curry puffs). The only thing I would say is that the mango dessert came with hardly any mango.

Nice atmosphere. Clean and contemporary decor. We have been here a few times already since its opening and the food is consistently terrific. The wait staff is warm and friendly. The prices are moderate and portions are hearty. Well be back here often for sure!
