Food was good & fresh. However, the ice machine was out of ice. The lady bringing ice out stopped and delivered ice cream a (while ice just sat out in open) customer asked for a drink she went back to get it ...then when she took the top off to fill it up, it had dirt and mildew around the inside...I asked for ice from drive-thru.

I was ready to give this DQ a solid 4 star, maybe even 5, for their awesome service and attentiveness, but then I opened my bacon cheeseburger without any cheese... I mean if they missed this, what else could be out there. Anyway, this place has never failed to deliver previously, so I do highly recommend.

Entered order incorrectly then argued with me about it. Made me then pay for the cheese they forgot. Cokes were gross and we had to wait to fix the machine. Manager was more than rude and argumentative. Good thing I dont live here or there would have been nastiness.

My experience was drive thru only. It was very positive. Professional and enthusiastic staff member. And, when he noticed my dog in the car, he offered a doggy treat (which I took). That was a first for me. Thats definitely going above and beyond. Food was good, too.

stopped on the way south, the people were all nice and friendly, the food was good, served hot and quickly. The building was clean and well lit and we enjoyed our very short visit before hitting the road again

Friendly service. Cheeseburger is reminiscent of public school cafeteria cheeseburger; poor quality with every ingredient. Bathroom disgusting. No toilet paper and hand dryer out of service.

We found DQ was about half way between our house and Family in Norfolk, we have always have Great Service! The food is always fresh and hot! and everything seems clean!! Thank You DQ!!

Ice cream was good...... The restroom is shared with the Shell Gas station and it is very disgusting. When traveling 95 and you need to use the restroom go somewhere else.
