If I could give less than 1 star I would. After spending a total of 40 minutes in the drive through, I give up. Out of mountain dew- ok... that happens.. no big deal. I ordered a "#6 steak and cheese only" (no lettuce, no sour cream, no tomatoes). After a wait, got my order and pulled off to check it. Everything was on the chalupas, so I pulled back around so they could make the correction. After I told them that my order was incorrect, the lady said "Just pull forward," with an attitude. Then after waiting another long while, one girl at the window had no idea there was an incorrect order and went to che k it out. Another returned with the bag and just handed it to us without saying a word. I checked at the window and it looked ok, but wasnt until I bit into it I realized that, yet again, it was wrong with sour cream on it. At this point Im just done. Not worth it. Seriously- steak and cheese on bread..thats it.. not that complicated of an order.

Totally unprofessional, lazy employees, n rude, I was at this location at 1045 pm...n I ordered 2 tacos supreme (first order) a chalupa (second order) and a double chalupa BOX (third order) and everything was put in two bags and the order was confused because the person working the drive thru told me the double chalupa was a regular chalupa and I handed it to the person that ordered it and Im looking for my double chalupa box and she tells me everything is in the bag ...long story short they screwed up the whole order being lazy and not separating each order individually and then had the nerve to Catch an attitude and say WELL YOU GOT ALL YOUR FOOD...N PUT NO NAPKINS IN BAG, LAST VISIT THERE

We were there forever trying to get our food. I think they forgot what "fast food" means to be honest. The girls, taking our order, phone was ringing and she said "ignore that Im not supposed to have my phone" and kept talking about it and the people making the food didnt give a crap either. Also, The couple before us had a special order and they fd that up as well and made them feel like it was their fault when it obviously wasnt. She was too ignorant or uncaring to do anything about it.... smh I wont be going their again. --Glenns girlfriend

The people at the counter were very nice, but service was both excruciatingly slow and inept. They messed up almost every order that was made while I was there. Both in food and change made. My food was fine, not as good as some Taco Bells, but average or just below. I was traveling so them being so slow was a problem. The store was also clean, well stocked, and generally orderly.

Took a long time to get food and when I did get it it was made wrong. I dont mean they didnt make a special order correct, I mean they made a smutherd chicken burrito with beans and no chicken at all. Of course it was a drive thru order and didnt find out until I was at home. Called the restaurant but they didnt answer. E-mailed the franchise and never heard back.

What a mistake to go here STAY AWAY!!!! took 21 minutes in the drive thru and STILL didnt get my order right. The owner is trying to get away with as little help as possible, 4 people running a taco bell at lunch time? Ignorent..i will go to ashland before i ever go there again

the pace of the employees and lack of common sense was infuriating. The guy who ordered in front of me ordered 1 item (not even a full meal) and waited 5 minutes after I received my order. And thats after it took 15 minutes to get my inaccurate order. Terrible.

Order was made wrong but after a small argument with the crew.. they got it right.... Crew members very disrespectful and started the argument...After giving me my new order the crew member told me " thats how I made it the first time"

Every visit takes a long time, going thru the drive-thru. Today was no exception. Long wait. Then the order was missing an item. I tried to check before pulling out, but the wrappers dont reflect whats inside.

Slowest Taco Bell ever. It took 30+ minutes to get my order and I was the only person there. Would recommend going to any other restaurant in the area for a quicker "fast food" turnaround.
