This was my second chance for this chain, I was at the Midlothian and Chippenham location first. Both locations had a nice simple clean atmosphere, friendly polite service, and pretty good stir fry. My main gripe is the with their rice. If you are doing asian cuisine you had better get the rice right! Both locations had the same dry under cooked under watered white steamed rice. My other gripe was with the beverage selection, namely the tea. I try to stay healthy and avoid soda fountain drinks (too many chemicals and too much sugar) so I normally drink tea. They only had a single urn of unsweetened tea available, no sweetener or lemons in sight.

I have eaten several times at this particular Panda Express, and I find the people who work there to be extremely helpful & nice. Their food has good flavor, however it has one problem... The food is only slightly warm. I like for my dish or whatever I order to be hot or hotter than just warm. When the Panda Express opened on W. Broad St., I wanted to see the difference in taste and temperature. The flavor is the same, however the food is hotter at the Panda Express on W. Broad St. Because of this, I do not mind driving past this particular Panda Express. Finally, you get plenty for what you pay. A great place for a good lunch.

BAD MANAGER. Period. I was given a 10% off card by the previous manager which I have used at all locations. Because the manager here left, the new manager wont accept my card and started badgering me about what I needed and more random nonsense. I dont need anything. I need you to honor the official Panda Express card. She was rude and would not honor what the previous manager said. I love panda but this was a classic example of REALLY BAD SERVICE. She obviously doesnt care about making customers happy. OVER LESS THAN A DOLLAR DISCOUNT. Ridiculous. Train your managers to actually have customer service skills. Or just get a new one.

Elmers glue. That is all I can think of when trying to describe the consistency of the sauces on the meat I ate. I waited in a line, had a guy put rice and two kinds of meat on a plate. Add egg roll and no drink... 10 bucks. I could barely taste a difference between the choices. The orange chicken was not spicy AT ALL! The egg roll was loose and soggy. I was still hungry when I was done. Wildly disappointing and overpriced. Across the street I go a buffet and am eating any of at least 8 choices with rice and egg rolls and as much as I want for 7 bucks. At an actual Chinese spot. I will never make this mistake again.

I pulled into the drive through 11:40am and placed my order. They said the mixed veggies would be ready in 3-4 minutes. I paid and was told to pull around and someone would bring the order out. I waited 10 minutes and nobody showed so I went in. They said sorry the veggies were ready but not the main entrée. They did offer 2 egg rolls but who has time to wait for them to prepare for the lunch meal when you only have a short amount of time. This is the second time something like this has happened. They need to replace the management or at least train them better. I will stick with Peking from now on.

Please stop BOILING your "grilled chicken teriyaki." Im a regular here and on my past 2 visits, I received boiled chicken with teriyaki sauce. It appears somebody here is trying to take a shortcut at the expense of quality and customer experience. Please stop boiling the chicken and go back to grilling it! Its terrible, by the way! Customer service here is great, for the record. The food has been the problem, but only as of late.

I dont know where the negative review for this place come from. I have been here several times and all have been great. The food is fresh and taste great. It is not real Chinese food, but it is much better than a China buffet and it is faster than real Chinese. Most the negative reviews are from people nit picking small things. These people should punch themselves in the face several times.

My absolute favorite place to eat, so many choices and varietys of food. Alot of people laugh at me but when I tell them I eat Panda Express as part of my diet routine and how it actually helped me lose weight (healthy wok smart options). Great staff and service

Food was good but not as good as other locations. Dirty tables where common and cooking areas looked unclean. Not happy when I returned to my expensive comaro and theres a big smuge of "teriyaki sause" on my front window.(thrown there) Concerned on returing.

Food tasteless mostly undercooked rice with a little kung pao chicken on top. Would not recommend this place to a starving person even if it was free! They definitely suck. Only gave 1 star because had too not worth one star.

Atmosphere and employees are very inviting. Havent had any issues with food or service. Line has been long on some occasions but the wait isnt that long. Nice selection of entres. I usually stop here when Im in the area.

In the drive through, it didnt matter how many times i said Bejing Beef, the person in the window wanted me to have orange chicken. I corrected him twice, and still got chicken.
