I use to work in Manassas for almost 5 years and I got breakfast from Chickfila about 3 times a week. They have probably messed up my order a hand full of times. thats expected. i can live with it. This one though (IN STAFFORD VA ON GARRISONVILLE RD) has to be the worst chickfila ive ever been to. i cant seem to get the right order. I ask for a number 1 and get a number 7..wtf...i ask for sauce and still they never put it in the bag! its almost like they do this on purpose. Last time they gave me the wrong order i called and complained finally and the girl on the phone was extremely rude so i asked to speak to a manager who of course said if i came back shed give me the right order. How many people can just walk out of work right after clocking in? I explained to the manager that i go so often that i can tell her off the top of my head what number off the menu they gave me instead of my order and unfortunately i will have to continue to go to this place since chickfila has the best breakfast so i asked for her to please have the employees pay more attention. SINCE THEN IVE GOT 2MORE WRONG ORDERS AND OF COURSE TODAY AFTER I ASKED FOR THE SALSA FOR THE BURRITO..I GOT NONE. This is the final straw. Im not going back to this Chickfila ever again and im giving you guys a heads up to save your money and headache and stay far away from this place!

I just have to say that this Chic-fi-A is the best fast food restaurant in Stafford Va...which is why its always the busiest. But trust me, its worth the wait. If a fresh, delicious Chicken sandwich is what youre craving, then this is the place. I am never disappointed in the freshness and quality of their food. And they never get my order wrong, no matter how busy they are. Most weekends the drive thru wraps around the building...but it moves quickly due to the friendly staff that takes your order right at your car window. If youre traveling down south 95 or up north and decide to stop off of 610 Garrisonville Rd for a bite to eat than its worth driving another 2 lights past the Hardees and McDonalds for some really delicious foo.

Overall - this is still a great spot. The food is always spot on - great variety and they move you through the line pretty quick. The parking lot is a bit of a mini-maze, so you need to pay attention for people crossing, cars backing up, etc. I think the only reason I didnt give a 5th Star is Ive been to other Chick-fil-As and the staff was friendlier. The folks working here certainly arent mean in any sense, but having traveled the country multiple times Ive just seen other restaurants that are friendlier...

Chick-fil-A food is always amazing. Best chicken sandwich and fries compared to the other fast food joints. Thier salads are always fresh. They get their produce from somewhat local farms. As for this location, the employees are always nice and friendly. Food is aways cooked right. It can get busy, epically in the drive through. Thats what happens when you sell good food. The location is not so great, so it gets jammed up with cars a lot. They dont have the room to build another drive through lane.

A great Chick-fil-A! Consistently great staff; drive-thru can get super busy but they do everything they can to help keep it moving smoothly. 4 instead of 5 stars because getting to drive-thru is wonky and window staff generally talk way too fast--making it difficult to understand over the intercom.

I LOVE this Chick-fil-A! Never had any issues until a short blonde girl named Victoria started working there. Very rude every time and acts as though every guest that comes in has some how offended her in some way. Every time I walk in and see her I hope that I get another employee to take my order.

If you dont go here I will! The employees are all awesome. Everyone is extremely polite and they even come around to refill your drinks and take your trays away. Who ever manages this place needs to teach business management classes because this place is great from top to bottom.

Ok usually when they give you your stuff they say my pleasure well I just came in and this worker named Hannah was very rude. I like the eye contact and when the workers say my pleasure it makes me want to come back but now I kinda dont. Love the food without the attitude

Chik-Fil-A is, hands down, the BEST fast-food joint ever. I have no idea how they even find the people they hire. Everyone is beyond nice. The food is always awesome. The only complaint anyone can have is how busy they are all the time because they are so good.

Giving them 5 stars. However I got a salad late last night and the spinach and lettuce was not that great. Didnt seem fresh. Every other time it has been good though and we love taking the kids here! Nice & friendly staff. Great play area. Good food.

I love this place. I love the employees, I love the set up and my kids love their set up too. The food has always been amazing and for picky picky eaters like our little ones? They devour a kids meal. :) love this place, very clean.

Dissapointed!!!!! I bought salad today and let me tell you that I found some dirt in my salad. I dont think this restaurant wash their vegetables before making it. Its better to make your own at home!!!!!!

Chick-fil-A is solid fast food. The only problem here is that it is so popular that the line is very long sometimes! Also the way the entrance of the parking lot and drive through is designed makes no sense.

I cant give it a 5. The food and service was good. However the ladies room was a mess. The trash was overflowing all over the sink and floor. I let the manager know but 45 minutes later it was still a mess

I decided Id be different and go with a bacon and egg English muffin....worse decision I made that day. Never again. Ill stick with their chicken....and the coffee was awful .... Absolutley awful

Youre going to be in for a wait no matter when you go, but they are always out on that tablet trying to make the drive-thru faster, and I like the in-person service better anyway
