I love Popeyes, but I WILL never go back to this one. I always visit via drive thru. There is usually an older Asian gentlemen thats takes your money and literally throws your bag through your car window. They always forget sauce, a straw, napkins, your biscuit something. I usually just check and wait for them to come back to the window. However last night, the manager Suzy was beyond rude and unprofessional. She quickly gave me my order and closed the drive-thru window before I could even get out the type of sauce I needed. I proceeded to check my order as I always do and sure enough my order was missing a piece of chicken and a fork. When she came back I explained what I was missing and she told me with an attitude that I ordered the special. I then asked her if that was the case why did I have two sides? She said I owed them a dollar and slammed the window. I tried to give her a dollar, she refused it, rolled her eyes and said sorry and closed the window. So I sat in my car as she tried to ignore me, because I still needed the sauces I originally asked for and a fork. She opened the window up and told me she did not have time and she had a line. I told her she didnt give me the sauces I requested. Mid sentence she closed the window again. At that point I was annoyed, I snapped back and questioned her position. I told her I didnt have a fork and she raised her voice and told me that its in the bag. I flipped the bag over to prove to her I didnt have a fork. I asked for her GMs name and number and she wouldnt give it to me. She told me to call the number on the receipt. I left angry and after all of that I took a bite outta my chicken and it was cold. FAST but WRONG and FORGETFUL. Lost a customer, and Suzy has no customer service skills. Very disrespectful!

I come to this store very often and over 20 years. Recently I noticed the customer service turn terrible. It really become worse and worse every time. This week, I tried to get a family package of chicken. We only like legs and thighs so I requested for that. The cashier argue with us, he sound like we are begging him, not that we are customer and buying. I was about to ask for the manager, and he turned around and asked the manager. The manager approved, so he continued on. I dont know what he put in he order, but when we got home, we got the opposit, no legs and thighs, only wings and breast. Our dinner was ruin. Another time earlier this month, we ordered french fries along with other items. We cant find the fries so we asked the packing person. Instead of checking, she spent like 5 minutes agreeing with us to insist it is in there. Finally she checked, it is not in there, she grabbed a few pieces and dump it on. That is not equivalent to a small order

The manager here is very rude (Susy Emily? Short latina). She goes out of her way to be rude and make up anti-customer polices like "you cant have more than one sauce" or "you cant have sauce because you ordered bone-in chicken." I received an apology from Popeyes due to the bad service. Went back and the service was even worst the next time. Employees completely ignore you as if you were a mute. Very unfriendly. Our "we are sorry" meal was so bad it wasnt even worth going for. They dug out the two smallest pieces of chicken in the house. Then they never gave us a receipt but they kept calling out the number. How are you supposed to know what number you are if you dont have a receipt???? The service here is consistently bad. They need to fire all the employees and start from scratch. The locations on King street and Pickett are ran much better.

Typically good, but I dont review for expected service. I review for exceptionally good or bad. And I got a coke with a hole in the bottom of the drink. Didnt notice til I got home, so I have STICKY COKE EVERY WHERE from the coke holder to everywhere on the center console. Electronics ruined and sticky. It should have been evident to anyone working there that the drink was leaking. I am not pleased. A customer shouldnt have to check their order. Thats on you Popeyes.

The drive through service here is horrible. They rush your order and never ask if you need anything else. So we go into the establishment now. Dont expect to get any gravy with your mash potatoes. I always get 2 large mash potatoes and gravy on the side. They give me one scoop of gravy and said that I have to pay almost a dollar for small container. Im like its gravy???? Its suppose to come with the mash potatoes. The management team is horrible to talk to.

Who doesnt love fried chicken? If you dont like fried chicken I dont like you. Ive read the reviews of others saying theyve experienced terrible service here but I have to tell you, Ive always had GREAT service here. I mean like Chick-fil-a level of service and we all know Chick-fil-a is the platinum example of fast food service. So fried chicken and great service - whats not to like?

My order was lost, I waited for almost about 10 minutes. Then, my order was to dine in, they made it to go, then no napkins. They were shouting on each others for their mistakes. A driveway cusyomer might have made a mistake in ordering, one lady employee loudly said they dont know how to order. I will never come here again.

Food was good, the person at the window was rude when I couldnt understand them due to their accent. I actually managed this Popeyes over 30 years ago and would have fired someone for speaking to a customer the way this person spoke to me. I wont be back to the Annandale store.

I am always amazed at how fast they serve my food with a big order for my family. Everything I come to drive-thru and order a 24 piece chicken with my side orders, they have it ready in less than two or three minutes. Serve is nice as well.

This establishment has the most juicy and SUCCulent chicken I have ever had in all my 19 years. This chicken is so god d*mn thicc that it makes my mouth water as soon as I walk in the joint. And the customer is okay.

Typical Popeyes place. It is small, so more convenient to a To-Go or Drive-through. The whole place can sit around 40 people at the time, my guess. The staffs are very efficient. They get food ready quickly.

Tables always dirty people or crew not cleaning and every time Im there I have to wipe the table . And when they are cleaning the floor the worker make to much noise dragging the chairs its annoying

young kids work here, customer with them isnt the best.... mangers are nice, food is normally hot or warm, occasionally order is incorrect but the managers are great here so they dont give you a problem

The Cajun style fries are very good! Look for coupons online if you want to buy the bigger family meals options. Too expensive without them. The dark meat chicken is very juicy and delicious
