I am a huge fan of Five Guys. This FG location is the closest to my house, so I am a regular. I prefer to order through their app. It is extremely convenient! I have never experienced poor service here. The cashier is always smiling no matter how many times I change my order. I also have never experienced any issues with my food. My order is always ready in time and not a single mistake in 6 years! In my opinion, the burgers are reasonably priced in comparison to other places. The toppings are included, and you can munch on the complementary peanuts while you wait.

Food was fresh. Mostly clean restaurant. However, there is a lot of prejudice in this community against black men. Therefore you wont feel comfortable sitting at the tables or being in the area for an extended amount of time. For instance, look for all the white people that walk in just as youre leaving or that treat you like a troublemaker. The community acts fearful and uncomfortable around black men. Lastly, the staff was fine but the community has deep rooted issues.

Despite being a chain, this is great food. Five Guys is similar to In and Out burger for those here from the west coast - they have a simple menu and do it well with real ingredients. Most of the five guys you can see where the food is being prepared since they have nothing to hide, always a plus with quick food!

Last night they forgot a patty. I called and asked if I could come the next afternoon for a refund of the cost difference. I came in and they made me a fresh burger! Javier was polite and apologetic about the mistake. Great service and quality products are still alive! Thank you!

Burgers are way better then what you get at more expensive places. Fries are always good. Staff is always "on the ball". Ryan loves the digital soda machine. They also always happen to be playing music Ryan likes when we go. We pass right by Germantown to go to this one.

SO OVER IT, Five Guys usually tends to be overly greasy and the fries are almost always soggy, the only convenience here is that its open a little later than some other spots.

Im a sucker for these deliciously fresh and sloppy burgers. Fries done in peanut oil, and a small fills the bottom of the bag. Oh and peanuts in the shell while you wait.
