Are you kidding... These folks who are rating 5 stars must either being bribed or payed off! Or friends of employees that are writing reviews. I mean were do I begin... Well lets start with entering the parking lot... "FILTHY" and thats being nice. Entering the restaurant on my visit was like "Moses walking on water" some sorta water main or pipe break or leak. Very unsafe. Now lets begin with technology Since when did Burger King partner up with Sheetz this is a Fast food family restaurant or so I thought! The kiosk system is very confusing and its not easy if your and elder or wanting something removed from your sandwich or meal. I mean lets face it there are more employees then kiosks so why not have both for convenience to others who arent up to speed on technology. Lets talk service Thats a "JOKE" No one hear ever smiles or attempts to at all or so much as look at you they worry more about drive thru or there cell phones. Because they all wear Headsets I guess thats supposed to make them look important. I usually go there in morning just for coffee and a sausage and cheese biscuit... Woooooow! Its like spending half the day waiting for just 2 items! I know I could go else where and Im not going there for the ambiance thats for sure! But its Burger

I FELT VERY RUSHED! I dont really go to BK, so I did not know what I wanted. I pulled up to the drive thru and said I didnt know what I wanted. The woman says okay and literally gives me inbetween 30 to 40 seconds before asking me if I was "ready yet?" I said "No, not yet." She says okay and another 20 seconds go by and I am asked by a guy this time if i was ready. I said no... I would have left if I had a way out of the drive thru. I ordered and I asked for a Dr Pepper and I got Sprite instead. The fries were subpar. A little cold and not enough salt. The chicken nuggets thatbI received were juicy and quite tasty. When i worked there as a teenager, we were required to ask if the customer wanted cheese. They did not do that, i felt that my service was such an inconvenience that I forgot to ask for it. Also, my bun was very soggy. I dont think i will be returning.

Horrible place! Last time I went there was about a week ago, and I regret that I wasted my time there! I was starving and wanted to get a quick bite, and this was by far the WORST burger king ever out there. Customer service: Guy at the cashier was serving his friends, instead of greeting people and helping behind counter. I felt like we were in his home,and that was not cool ! There was another guy which seemed to be in charge and he was clueless , he was just calling numbers, and when people complained he just gave them extra food and told them sorry. At least he apologized but when he kept giving food away constantly for about 15 minutes, kitchen crew got behind on everything. People in kitchen were busting their behinds trying to make up for the idiots that were in front ! NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! NEVER !!! And yes, 1 star because i HATED IT !

Drive tru is always slow so you walk in your greeted by 6 touch screens to order and there is always some one in front of you that has no idea how to use it and there are 3 burger king team members standing around goofing off that should be helping this pour soul that has no idea what a touch screen is let alone know how to order. And the food well i will be honest hambugers are cold cheese is not melted after paying 40 cent for each cold burger and the frys are just as cold and very salty. And i ordered it to go and they call my number and its on a dine in tray WTH !!! 3 people still standing around one of them could have read it was to go. And the location is very dated needing a good cleaning and some paint and a new over / grill go my food wont be so cold sorry for this long review i just want you to know what to expect. I will be staying away.

My two-year old son loves McDonalds happy meal. We live in the neighborhood. This morning, we decided to try Burger King instead. What a horrible experience! - The staff were extremely rude. Our number was #80, and was out of the loop completely. When they were serving #90 plus, I went to the counter to ask for my order. I tried to say "Excuse me" to multiple staff, all of them pretended I was air. When I finally got someone to reply, she said "your order is being processed" in a very impatient way. When they finally brought my order, I realized there was no coffee. So I asked for my small coffee. A lady brought a small coffee right past me and handed it to another customers, whose order # was 89. - The BK biscuit sandwich was not even warm. It seems that it was right out of the freezer. No more BK for me! What a poor management in this store!

This is the Best Burger king out of 100s that I have been to over the past 30 years. i used to like this one but due to significant distance from my home I seldom come here. Tonight I came to the Gaithersburg area and havr to arrwnx the BWI airport at about midnight to pick up my son coming from Chicago. So, i figured it would be good to skt and eat a little bit here at the BK and then go to the BWI airport. what a beautiful, clean, and comfortable facility. They have two sofa-style chairs that someone can sit in and watch the sports. I seldom watch Basketball. But the game on yheir bigscreen here watching from the sofa while munching on the food was one of the best experience I have had in any Burger King in US. New self service ordering computers for eat in/carry out... I eat here maybe once a month at this location. I was not aware they had this new system, nor did I notice the new system while standing in line. A customer familiar with the new system behind me in line, mentioned it to me. I laughed, I probably would have stood there a while longer before I realized the new system was there. Food is always good/consistent. The new system took a minute to get used to but, worked well for me. Probably wont go so well for a customer who has no basic touch screen computer skills. There was an employee assisting a customer with ordering while I was there. Just something new to get used to. My next visit should go a bit smoother..

If there were 0 stars I would give it. My husband went thru the drive thru and when he got home he found out instead of getting diet coke he got Dr. Pepper which neither one of us likes. Tried calling but the phone just rang and rang then someone picked up and hung up. Called back and line was busy. This is terrible customer service. I am going to notify corporate just because I believe the manager and owner do not care. I see all the negative reviews and nothing has changed. I told my husband he should have went to McDonalds. In the future we will. We do not need this headache.
