I dont normally leave reviews like this, but I feel it was warenting here. Without the shadow of a doubt, this was the worst Chick-fil-A Ive ever been too. Still better than most other fast food chains, and I might consider going back one day just to see if this same establishment would be capable of providing poor service on par with what I experienced here tonight. First I kindly place an order to share between my SO and myself. The order was a wrap with lime dressing and a watererd down lemonade, and a combo sandwich with water. Firstly the individual who took my order didnt water down the lemonade. An honest mistake and if that was the only thing the whole night would have been fine. Well, about 15 minutes later I asked a young man to figure out why my order was taking so long to process, he informed me that the wrap had to be made fresh and that I would receive my goods shortly. I was in a rush and told the young man that. He said it should only be a minute longer. Well, about 10 minutes after that, a lady walks out and calls my name "Ryan" and hands the bad to a stranger who evedently does not share the same name as me. So I approached the individual and told them that my name is in fact "Ryan" and that those goods are mine. So I rush out to the car and we speed out of that parking lot to get to our destination. On our way there we open the bag to discover that there was no dressing for my wrap and that they for the wrong sandwich. So thats what happened, a simple order screwed up in every imaginable way and literally took 30 minutes to process. The staff wasnt necessarily rude, just completely inept.

I could be biased since I support LGBT rights, but I still dont like this place. This is the only Chick-fil-A Ive ever been to and Ive been here three separate times. The first time, I went because I had gone to a Wizards game the day before and everyone got free Chick-fil-A because the opposing team missed two consecutive free throws. When we walked in, the first thing I noticed was how long the line was. At 12pm on a weekday, the line snaked around the room. I eventually got my food, ate it, and didnt think too much of it. I was very surprised by how expensive some of the menu items were (although I only paid for fries and a drink since I got my sandwiches free). The sandwiches, which were really just two buns and a piece of chicken with pickles, were $3+ each. It was decent, but far from spectacular. The second time I went, I came with my coworkers who were raving about some new coffee shake. I dont drink coffee, but a milkshake sounded good. I ordered my milkshake and proceeded to wait. My coworkers all got their orders within minutes, while I didnt. I wait a few more minutes and then ask about it. The staff tell me its coming. So I wait another few minutes, and ask again. Then they rush to get me my shake. I really cant believe they made me wait more than 15 minutes for a shake. The third time I went, I got more free sandwiches because of Wizards tickets. Again, I was not impressed by them and Im still bamboozled by the price tag on the sandwiches.

While I love Chick-fil-A the service at the Rockville location is beyond unacceptable. I placed a catering order with them 2 weeks before the event. On the day of the event the order arrive 20 minutes late with extra fees and missing trays. The manager knew before she left that there were issues with the order yet still charged us for everything we order although some food was missing. On the following day I had to call several times to receive the correct receipt. The excuse was I am the only manager here but then the manager tells me the owner has the receipt ready to send for me. Ok so clearly there are lies being told. None the less I will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Not to mention when I called I heard several people in the background talking about what they dont like, and "I dont care about this and that" etc etc. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

They go out of their way to say theres lettuce and tomato (along with pepperjack cheese for the spicy one) but yet they forget to tell you they put pickles on there. Interesting. Seeing as pickles make me gag (literally) I had to run to the bathroom to throw up. They laughed at me when it happened. I didnt want to start a whole ordeal but I will never go there again. First and only time trying this place. The waffle fries didnt have any taste and the service was slow. Restaurant was also a complete mess. I thought this was suppose to be a step above McDs but I was completely wrong. More money for a mediocre sandwich and similar cleanliness.

Every time I go here I see Lauren and she is great. Always greets you with a smile and orders are always perfect. She just took care of a line that was to the play area by herself and she did great. Did not feel a huge wait time at all. I understand when someone is short handed and I saw the manager which seemed like he was on a call so I understand that as well. Unfortunately some people do not. Keep in mind you are at chick-fil-a so why get pissed off when you see a big line. Things happen no matter how well staffed they could be. It is a Popular place with great food so yes strangely enough you will run into a line from time to time.

Inattentive management who have no issues with making you wait 20 minutes to get a simple combo at the transition from breakfast to lunch and then a blatant refusal to correct their mistake by offering what you actually ordered because"they are no longer on the breakfast menu." Happened twice. And the lack of communication between the front desk staff and the kitchen will see your average wait measuring in the half hour range. They are sometimes on point when they can manage to get your order correct and there isnt more than three orders ahead of yours, otherwise, youre better off going somewhere else.

Ive had good food and kind service every time Ive visited. Its what you expect from a Chick-Fil-A. This is an interesting store since theres no drive thru present. In many ways the lack of drive thru seems to make general store access easier and the service go faster. There arent any long lines of cars outside to block up traffic. Based on other local Chick-Fil-A locations and because this is in a busy Rockville shopping center, this is likely for the best. This place certainly gets busy, but so do all the other businesses in the area, so its what you should expect if you visit this area.

Its a standard Chickfila. What you get at one is what you will get at this one. But the problem with this one is its always busy. Maybe I just choose the wrong times, but everytime (4 times now) I get in there its a 10-15 minute wait. The line is literally wrapped around the entire place, making eating there all the less enjoyable. And its hard to keep the place clean when there are so many people in line and most of your staff are tending to them. I will not be coming back here anymore. I guess its popular for a reason, but that reason isnt good enough to wait that long to me.
