Ive visited this fridays on 2 separate occasions. The first time the bar was short staffed and we were sitting at the bar for 26 minutes before anyone came to take our drink orders. Long after our drinks were empty another 21 minutes or so and finally i had enough and asked to speak to a manager. Mike the manager at the time came out and apologized for the wait and offered to pay for our meal. Today we arrive and are seated at 740 we arent greeted by our server until 15 minutes after sitting down, dashawna i think her name was. We place an order for drinks and are both IDd, lets get our priorities straight you cant get a server to my table on time let alone get food out in under an hour and youre worried about carding someone? we place our food order and 57 minutes with no food or drink at our table, i get up and ask to speak with a manager, well low and behold no manager ever comes to speak to me, so at this point i cant cancel my order or even tell someone im leaving because no one cares, our section was half empty. We finally are fed up and just get up and leave. I then get on the phone and try calling them to tell them what happened and im put on hold 4 separate occasions until David Thompson the manager gets on the phone. I tell him what happened and how one of his servers told him that i needed to talk to him and was ignored and he says that he would never do that, well i literally was standing about 5 ft away from when i saw this happen and watched him walk away, David is the tall skinny african american guy with glasses. so now after wasting an hour and half with an empty stomach and another 20 minutes waiting on the phone, i can say this is the most poorly run inefficient business i have ever seen in my life. David is rude and patronizing and i am quite frankly disgusted at the lack of customer service. I have never been so angry and frustrated at a person or an establishment in my entire life.

I have been to this location twice and had bad experience both times. The first time we was told that if we sit ourselves at the bar we would get faster service. It took 30 mins for us to locate a waiter. Than my drink wasnt probably made so i was told to go to the bar to order my drink. The bartender told me he had me i could go sit down 15 mins later no drink. I go back to him he said he forgot about me. 10 mins later i finally got a drink. The second visit, i was told the wait was an hour to an hour and 20 mins. We waited an hour 45 mins than another 30 minutes for our waitress. We had small children with us whonwas tired and ready to eat. The only reason i gave this place 2 stars because of their busboy Michel. He listened to our complaints and when i asked for a manger our waitress magically appears. She took our orders and we didnt see her until it was time to pay. Michel brought our food and refilled our drinks. He was more of our waiter. Than when it was time to pay we was charged for every refill in the endless apps plus double charged for a meal. Michel took our check to a manger to be corrected. He went out of his way to make the best of our experience. I also noticed he was doing the same at other tables. Fridays need to hire more people like him.

Got here at 7:35 to grab a quick bite and a beer or two since i didnt feel like cooking. Just me, so i went to the bar area. 2 open tables, neither cleaned. I sit at one... and sit... and sit... no one attempted to clear the table OR ask me if i need help, despite 3 different waitresses walking past. After 15 minutes, i stop one and ask if the table was going to be cleared... she said `yeah` as if i were bothering her... i didnt see her again on that side of the bar. Didnt even bring a menu. The 2nd table was cleared, so i went to that one. At which time the former table was immediately attended to. What the hell??? First waitress saw me at the new table and never stopped by. After 10 more minutes at the new table (i know i shouldve left, but i really had a taste for the chicken n shrimp pasta) i was finally waited on by a very nice and attentive waitress. (I think her name is Brittney) Even she mentioned how bad it was when she began her shift.... I have had similar experiences 2 other times. As much as i like their food, the service is consistently lacking--even when they arent all that busy. Im gonna have to stop coming til i hear of improvement. Cant bring friends or a date here for fear of the evening being ruined!

I wish I could give less stars to this location, Ive been to diferent locations around Virginia and this one is by far the most unprofessional TGI Fridays Ive ever been to. I went there with my family including a toddler, 3 ladies pass by us saying "welcome to TGI Fridays" not even stoping or even looking at us or asking us if we needed to be seated. Took a good 20 mins for the host ( which I should say doesnt give a professional first impression) to give us a table. The place was dead, dont even know what it took 20 mins to give us a table and then we waited 15 more minutes and no one ever came to our table! We walked out, when we saw the people that came after us not just getting their order, but also got their food before anyone came to our table. Awful place, awful customer service & Im assuming awful management!!

I have always enjoyed going to Fridays (in general). The food and drink selections are great and the specials are always on point. Endless appetizers is a fantastic concept and it allows me to try many different dishes that they offer! That being said, I have on two separate occasions walked out of this Fridays due to poor customer service. In both instances I was left waiting for a server to come and after several minutes of sitting with no water or sign that anyone acknowledged i was there, I left. They always seem to have a decent amount of cars there, but its never insanely packed, they just have a slow wait staff. Customer service is the downfall of the restaurant. The food is about as good as any other Fridays, but without a better trained staff I dont see myself going back any time soon.

My wife and I tried to redeem a gift certificate for Fridays three times this July on weekdays. We failed. We go there and half tables are empty and there is a wait list so we leave. Today (July 23), there were 24 people waiting and in one section alone, there were 8 empty tables, excluding 3 tables that needed to be cleaned. We waited from 6:50 to 7:05 and no one on the waiting list was called. We were told that they were short staffed, but why always at this Fridays and on weekdays? They are intentionally short staffing to save money, and when just one additional person doesnt show up, small to medium waits become big waits. Conclusion, management at this Fridays is completely inept.
