Best Hookah (without alcohol) Lounge in town. Thats one of the reasons I took one of the stars off. The other problem is that they have a 20$ minimum. Not only that, service tends to be slow. They are working on it by adding buttons by tables to call waitresses, but that has not helped much. I feel like I should take another star off for that reason, but I like the place too much to do that. Also, the food is pretty much the same as Burger 7 with a premium on price. At some point, they should start offering regular Arabic food or different menus from Burger 7. Besides that, its the best hookah place in town without alcoholic beverages. Other than that, Darna would be the only real competition.

Located in the basement of a sandwich shop with no parking we paid 40 dollars for two sandwiches and two cups of coffee served on paper plates and paper cups. After eating we asked to sit on a couch to smoke hooka, we were seated and then the hostess brought people over to our seating area and told us we had to move! Meanwhile there were several empty couches available. If you like rudness, overpriced food served on paper plates with no where to park and a hostess who thinks that she works in an exclusive club in a real city than this is the place for you.

Great ambience. Has a Franco-feel decor; Fridays and Saturdays offers live music (around 9pm) and the hooka(s) is great. However, their food is subpar to most places that area and parking is a mess, which lends itself to a $10 valet, unless youre willing to park across the street on the residential road--pretty much where the valet guys will park your car, anyway. The place seems packed all the time, but its a decent, non-pervasive crowd. Overall, great spot. Wish they had more food options.

$20 per person minimum here but I think its worth it. The ambiance is extremely nice and relaxing on a Thursday evening. Great for a nightlife scene after work to eat, drink, and smoke hookah. I would recommend this place when you have had a long day at work or just want to hangout and catch up with friends. The place was a little difficult to find because it isnt in plain sight, but once you head downstairs, what youll find is an immaculate experience.

The worst treatment that I ever got in a hookah place. Place was almost empty. But the hostess refused to sit me and my two friends saying that tonight (thursday night) is only for members (they dont have membership.. you only have to be friends with the disgusting owner). When I said that they are losing a customer, the hostess looked at me and said : "we have enough customers.. we dont need you"! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !

I have been to Cloud 9 a few times and every time I come I still get that vibe that they are racist. It goes without saying that I am black in a very exotic environment. My cousin an I waited for 45 mins - 1hour to be seated. While we were waiting, a group of two came after us and were able to get seated. Only because he greeted a few waitresses. This is Bs and not a way of conducting business.

Hookah was burnt and if thats not everything. PARKING is the most horrible. No street parking either. The valet actually calls the tow truck on you for parking at the 15min parking on a weekend because its 24hr but does not specify days of the week. For those who think Im writing this because I was towed. Go for it. Experience it yourself. But only rich Arabs might have fun.

Setting in this place has a unique atmosphere. It just takes you to a different world (nice world). The hookah in here is 4.5 out of 5. If you come here you have to try their Nutella milkshake. Ive seen some complaints about bad service. The truth is that this place most of the time is packed, and they handle it just great, I give their service 4.7 out of 5.

Its not all that. The waiters are the worst, they smile if they know you and have an attitude if you dont. The owner only seems to think of the bottom line. The food is awful, its over priced, and will sometimes not seat you if you are males only. If I could give it less than a star I would. The tea and the drinks are low quality and very watered up.

Beautiful hookah bar. Nice outdoor seating and nice live music. Only 2 problems are, the waitresses usually take forever to get to you regardless if you press the call button. Other problem is the live music is pretty loud sometimes so you cant conversate with your friends. Otherwise, this is a great hookah bar that makes great hookah.

I always come here but this is the first time theyve asked me for the ID, and they didnt let us set outside, also there is some girls behind me they didnt asked them for the ID and they let them to set outside. The women who was asking for the ID she was talking aggressive way.

Way too overpacked. Long waiting at the door, they sometimes skip your name on the list. Last time I went there, it smell horrible and me and a few other tables left because the hookah was bad. All in all, not worth the hassle.

All the waitresses are gorgeous and foreign. But theyre is a wonderful atmosphere perfect for a midweek kickback or date. The lights are dim,the drinks are good. Try the honeydew Frappuccino for a frozen treat of deliciousness.

Its one of the best place to chill at. Great hookah, nice tea , friendly staff. Its my favorite spot in the area. Awesome service!!!! Manager CJ is doing her job great,the best manager ever! Highly recommend this place!!!
