This Starbucks would be fine if the music were not constantly kept so loud that you cant hear yourself think. Despite being the only Starbucks for miles around, its rare to see many people in there, especially on a weekday when you would normally expect to see students and people who work in coffeeshops (writing or researching for example), the place is a ghost town. The reason isnt the service, which is generally contientious nor even the presence of the drive-through which does sometimes slow down indoor service a bit. Its the loud music. Whenever I try to work at this Starbucks it is a miserable experience, and I begin to wonder whether they *want* to keep their tables empty all the time. Since the tables and the speakers are all at the front of the store, its loud where people would work and quieert at the soft lounge chairs in the back, where people would probably want a little music. Plus the speakers proximity to the door makes outside volume of the music so loud as to render the outdoor seating area downright unpleasant to linger in. All this btw, is THROUGH headphones. People shouldnt have to deafen themselves to drown out ambient music. Otherwise a standard (and therefore solid) Starbucks location. Very friendly staff.

First, let me say that Ive been a long time customer since this Starbucks first opened, average about 2 coffees a day or $1600 in coffee a year. I went in tonight, 1/18/2017 at 7:00pm for an evening refill (purchased one earlier in the day). I was told by the blonde barrista working that it would be $2.26, I said, no, its a refill, she stated that you have to be in store for the refill price. I told her I got a refill there yesterday, she stated yeah but you left. Her lack of professionalism was and is incomprehensible. Ive been coming to this Starbucks as a loyal customer for years. That all ended today, I would not recommend this Starbucks to anyone for fear of anyone of my friends or colleagues having the same experience I did. She denied a customer a .56 cent refill for a lifetime of customer loyalty, notwithstanding the spend from this customer is also going to Grounds for Coffee or somewhere that doesnt get there panties in a bunch over a bullshit coffee refill.

I have come to this location regularly and have never had a problem with the staff switching up all the time, but this time was ridiculous. I know that me and my mother have difficult drinks so thats why I always relay it really slow so that nothing gets mixed up, but somehow they still messed up twice on my mothers and completely butchered mine. You think when someone says they want half the chocolate, it means less but no they had added a chocolate drizzle. Then with the other that had raspberry flavoring, had no flavoring at all and was completely bitter. The woman helping me said that "mixing fruits with the coffee makes it bitter" well excuse me Im the one that has been getting the same coffee for years and it has never tasted that bad. So I told her just give me the other mess up, because I was not waiting for another remake when I had already been there for over 10 minutes waiting for two godamn drinks.

The fat female staff member with the boy haircut at the drive through window (December 3rd at approximately 10:40AM) was horrible and rude. She repeated our order incorrectly and when I corrected her politely she said " thats what I said", and basically rolled her eyes. I told her "no, you stated caramel macchiato initially but we ordered salted caramel mochas" and she continued to argue saying "I dont remember". Funny thing is she was nice to my husband and when I corrected the order she turned into an angry person. First, have respect. Second, the #1 customer service rule: dont argue with the customer. We are paying you, therefore we want the order done correctly.

Im not sure whats going on, but the last 4 times Ive been here, the wait in the drive thru has been no less than 20 minutes. And Im currently in the drive thru.... Going on 18 minutes. Im not coming at peak times. And with 3 of those last 4 times, its total hit and miss with what sandwiches they have in stock. I can totally understand being understaffed..... But if thats the case, fix it. If its about employee capabilities, fix it. Its too much of a bother to come here and wait. Ill be going to a different one or a different coffee shop all together. Seriously. Ridiculous.

Worst Starbucks. Closest one to me. I would drive to Riverdale for better drinks. Drinks are made half assd. Never filled to the top and always taste different every time I come. Most recent drink was 95% milk 3% coffee and 2% caramel. I even asked for extra caramel. I pretty much paid for milk when I can just get milk at home. Very displeased and unsatisfied to the max.

Thank you for your help today. They messed up on a charge and were so nice/quick to fix their mistake. All of the employees were so nice and willing to help! I appreciate their great service and good attitudes!

They did not know how to make caramel macchiatos. I even ask for extra caramel and it tasted like burnt coffee. Its terrible when you have to dump a whole pound of sugar in just to make it taste sweet.

They close at 9. People stop being selfish and let them close on time. Really nice and professional staff. Good job tolerating the annoying customers and still doing a good job with a positive attitude

This store used to be great. Now the drive thru is no less than a 20 minute wait. Makes it a little hard when you are trying to grab a quick drink on your way to anything.

My local Starbucks and always my first choice. Quick, friendly staff. Quite a bit of turnover, though, so remember to be nice to the newbies.
