Amazingly friendly staff and great coffee! One quirk, 3 times in the past week or so Ive ordered a latte. On all three occasions I was delivered an iced latte. Today I ordered a latte and qualified my order with "NO ICE". They gave me a ice cold latte in a cold cup without any ice. What the? Thats not what I ordered. I asked the friendly gal if she knew what a latte is. Shes said, "its espresso and steamed milk". OK, then why are you continually bringing me iced lattes? I also ordered a cup of coffee and it was piping hot. I think the employees could use a refresher on the difference between latte and iced latte and likely other hot/cold drinks. Small details make a huge difference.

So my wife and I have been coming here for quite some time. I gets the same order each time. The last few orders they have been wrong and they employees have argued about it that it wasnt their fault. Today I went in and asked for two coffees. They only gave me one and the employee "Allie" once again argued about the order. In the middle of sentence she tore up the reciept and walked away mumbling and shaking her hear. She was very rude and disrespectful. This is the last time I will ever patronize this establishment or use them for business meetings.

The coffee is TERRIBLE! I am a huge Beans and Brews fan, LOVE B&B, but this locations coffee is terrible. This morning was the LAST time I visit here. Everytime I get a house brew, it is literally TAR. I have tried the iced coffee, the Americanos, dark brew, house brew.... Why is it so awful at this location???? I will be driving to the down town location where the coffee IS B&B perfect!

Very expensive. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwhich and it was just two pieces of non toasted, non grilled bread with melted cheese in the middle. I also ordered some hot chocolate that wasnt very good either. Would not recomend.

Comfortable atmosphere and great service. Im a hot chocolate drinker and its always great here (and yes, some places have found a way to ruin hot chocolate). Ive tried some of the food and its very good as well.

This location is consistent and makes a good cup of coffee. Only downside is on Sundays they dont pay attention to the drive through. So go inside otherwise youll just sit there.
