I have been ordering pizza from this location from the beginning of 2007 when I moved to this area. From time to time I order chicken wings and always ask them to cook my wings extra time so they are very crispy, otherwise we don’t eat them. Usually we get those wings nice and crispy, but on two occasions general manager Jason took my order, and both times wings were undercooked (they were done but not crispy at all). The first time was few months ago I called to let Jason know about the problem, he started arguing with me that if you cook those wing longer that the will not be wings anymore (his words) but gave me a store credit. The second time was today, and when I called, Jason started arguing again, he was constantly interrupting and saying that there is no other way he can cook those wings, although everybody else in that store never had a problem with it. After going back and forth I asked Jason to take my order back and refund my money and he refused to do so. Ones we hung up I took my order back to the store and talked to him personally to find out what was his problem, after all he told me that ones the timer goes off on the wings he can not afford to let them cook longer and still did not give me a refund of $34.77 plus $5 tip to the driver which I did not even ask for because driver did her job. So I left my order with Jason and went to get pizza from Dominos. I have filed a complaint with Pizza Hut Corporate office, and was told that the area manager will contact me within the next three-business days. My family and I will not order from Pizza Hut again while this unprofessional so-called manager Jason Frye is working there. I understand that Pizza Hut could care less, but they have lost a loyal customer.

Seeing the rating here says it all. Ive been going here for 4 years . Its been OK until the past year or so just getting worse with getting the order wrong but at least they always offered a credit. Today at 4pm I spent 23$ (went for the %50 off pizza deal, 2 med. Pizzas & 2ltr) I called them because I didnt get a 2 liter of Pepsi that I ordered. I was told the guy will bring it once he gets back to the store so they did tell him. I waited an hour and 20 mins and would have to wait at least another half hour. I was like so Im gonna wait two hours for my drink? I asked what he could do for my inconvenience. Ive never asked before because I never had to. This so called manager, whom refused to give his name, told me Id get my drink when I get it and he didnt have time for that. I said excise me? You dont have time? He hung up on me. I called back the store and was told it was a call center. Representative told me they didnt do anything wrong and refused to give managers name. Ok, now I opened my pizza and its RAW!!! the whole thing! All gluey! I ordered and payed for for extra cheese but it hardly had any. In fact, it seems even less than the regular amount. So now I get to go recook my pizza. I called corporate. Waiting on up to 3business days. Oh and P. S. they left a voicemail while I was on the phone with corporate and told me that I didnt order a 2 liter and wasnt getting one!! Yeah I love his the receipt I get only shows a total. HEY GOOGLERS! AVOID THIS LOCATION. One of the ABSOLUTE WORST experiences Ive ever had. That "manager" is CANCER TO A BUSINESS!

Honestly I read the reviews posted on this site most of which Ive determined are a bunch of whiny people that want things exactly perfect life isnt perfect Ive ordered pizza here for 3 years I always pick it up I always check the boxes before I leave if ever a problem it has been fixed immediately Ive been comped soda for having to wait extra time by extra I mean 5 minutes if you order pizza for delivery at 6 from a location that has very few drivers expect to wait more than an hour if you dont want to wait more than an hour get off your dead ass and go get it yourself I think a lot of these whiny people could be solved by simply going in and getting the pizza themselves it has nothing to do with the manager the manager is trying to run a store trying to deal with whiny teenage kids as employees not all Witcher this way and trying to deal with whiny customers customer service isnt the easiest thing in the world for those of you who have slam this Jason guy I encourage you to go try to do his job for a week bet you cant handle it just my thoughts go in get your pizza check the boxes before you leave make sure theyre hot make sure theyre made the way you want and the guy with the wing problem seriously maybe you should just go get wings from Costco by a deep fat fryer and fry your own damn wings

Probably the worst location in taking your order. While all other locations in the Salt Lake Valley, honors their current special promotion ad on tv, this location does NOT honor their current promotion. When placing my order with them several times for their current promotion, their answer was; "were sorry, we cant type that up in our computer system". "Im sorry we ran out of the pizza dough, and we only have thin crust" Or "Im sorry, my manager said that, that promotion ended and you should check back in 8months". Are you kidding me!! The manager/owner is a complete idiot and a jerk!! Im surprise that no one has tried to shut these guys down. I mean, if theyre a small franchise, why arent they being properly trained? Because their manager has zero customer service. Flat out rude and he was a complete jerk. How can you run a business that why? Im just saying.....ordering from Pizza Hut use to be fun!! Ive never had a probably with my orders ever! Theyve always sound friendly and courteous on the phone but that positive vibe was killed when I ordered from this location. I give this location two thumbs down and their manager a middle finger for being an ass!!

Worst customer service from a manager I have ever experienced! After sending our son in to get our pizza, he was charged full price of $28 for 2 medium pizzas, when on the website it clearly says any pizza $10, carry out only. Top it off, he brought the pizzas home, & they were cold! Called to talk to the manager, Jason, he was very rude and disrespectful, said it was our fault for sending our kid in that couldnt dispute it. So thats how they justify ripping people off? Not an apology, or anything! I have 2 other sons who hsve worked at this location and we have been a loyal customers for 14 years, and never had an experience like this! We will take our business to Dominos from here out!

First, I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 6:45; at the time I get home. At 6:20, I got a phone call from the neighbor that the driver was knocking on my door while I was still driving. The manager refused to make me a fresh pizza. Instead, he wanted me to accept a pizza that was probably an hour old by the time I would arrive home. Second, they almost never honor promotions. This is not the first time that I have had problems with this location. I strongly recommend that you stay away; I will.
