Even though I like their wings, they messed up this time. I had 2 sets of wings delivered and I asked for one burnin buffalo and one medium buffalo with a side of extra sauce for both. The wings came in a timely manner but after paying $20 for wings we open them to find they are cooked plain with 2 sides of burning buffalo on the side. When I called to talk to the manager he was very rude and only wanted to give me a $5 credit. I told him I wanted them remade because they were going with our dinner and a small order that took 20 minutes to prepare and deliver the first time is now going to take 45 minutes to be delivered. So poor attention to detail and rude manager equals wings for desert instead of with dinner... Thanks Pizza Hut......

Horrible, my gf placed an online order using our address and somehow the stupid website sent her to this store. That was at 10pm keep in mind they close at 11pm. Well instead of calling us and informing us that we ordered from the wrong store they just didnt do anything but toss the print out. Could be a couple of dunces that are working that shift or just plain mean either way Im super ****ing disoppointed with this store. I hope someone with some kind of authority reads this review, although the other reviews below seem to be a trend of uncorrected piss poor work by this store. Pull your heads out of your rear ends please. Its not hard to run a pizza place.

Just avoid this location at all costs. They will send you cold, over cooked pizza time and time again. And when you complain to corporate of the service, they will send you a nice coupon for a free pizza and when you go to use it, you get the whole it will be 45 minutes. Then an hour passes, you call, then you will be told its next on the list to go out. And then 45 minutes later after that, supposedly the driver cant find it. Even though we have had deliveries at this same business over 100+ times in the past 8 years it has been here.

Tyler, who took our order wrong over the phone was apparently the manager on duty when we called to complain about our order. He was very rude and would not listen when we explained about it. Our experience was awful and for the first time complaining about our order, even though it is usually wrong, I am very pissed and wouldnt recommend this place. To corporate and the manager of this store, please check on this store. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I live literally 1.4 miles away from this location and they said they can no longer ericka deliver west of Alma School RD. It is no longer in their jurisdiction. But before that, they kept me on the phone for more than 7 mins and the person couldnt speak English and wasnt understandable. He entered my number wrong and then asked me to call him back because he couldnt figure out his own computer system. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!

We got our meal it was great till we got to the bread sticks. They had a funny smell to them and also they were not the toasted parmesan flavor sticks we ordered, they gave us the cheddar ones. Also the delivery person didnt give a receipt. My husband called and he explained he didnt want a discount just his money back because he wasnt happy with the pizza until he got to the bread sticks, he lost his appetite.

Today I call in my order tell him what I want and they told me it will be arriving at 9 oclock 10 minutes after I get a call that my car didnt go through because somebody cancelled it when he told me that it will be arriving at 9 oclock seriously are you guys that f****** stupid Im giving this one store thanks for disappointing me tonight Im hoping next time when I call I better get a good professional

The manager Tyler needs to be fired. Poor communication skills and he lacks hygiene. Clearly stoned at work and is rude as hell to everyone. Just because you hate your life dude doesnt give you the right to talk down to others. You work at pizza hut youre nothing special.. Next time you give someone lip they might not be as nice as me and will just knock your loud mouth out

The help was very nice & courteous . . The pizza, on the other hand, was the most - lousiest, crappiest, bad tasting pizza I have ever had in my life. . . DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE, IT IS PURE GARBAGE. . My dog would not eat it, he looked up at me with the look of, REALLY ? First off, I freaking love Pizza Hut. But this location is the worst Pizza Hut location ever. Literally mixing old dough with a little new dough and expecting it to fly. Also, these Jerks do not honor some of the specials on Pizza Hut flyers or the main website. Just go to the one on Main and they have a slightly better chance of doing it correctly.

The pizza was good but the sign was out and so you could not find the place. Also the guy who gave me directions didnt mention that or tell me it was hidden like it was. The sign for pizza Hut was down the block about 200 yards...Who kind of owner is aloud to have their sign be out?

Wanted to order for carrout. Walked in, waited for 5 minutes standing at the register, multiple workers walking by seeing me stand up there and workers standing at the back register who saw me. Nobody even acknowledged me! Walked out and went somewhere different.

Terrible experience, was transferred around over and over, 5 times and still no location served me, none of them. What a terrible messed up company, I finally gave up and ordered from a different pizza place, ZERO STARS, NONE!

The food & service was awesome. There was a new cashier on duty who was still figuring things out but was quick and on point with his greetings & service quality. The management seems to be handling things well here.

Love Pizza Hut but the last two times at this location my pizzas were not hot and the dough seemed like it was day old. SO DISAPPOINTED...going to Tempe location on Main from now on. Its worth the drive.

I hate this company. $10 min. Order... $14 for a pizza listed on sale for less than says I have to order more food to get it delivered! No good walk in specials too!!
