Not waiting for strike #3. The last two times, wed resorted to carry-out, because the delivery service is horrendously longer than promised which always left us with cold, soggy pizza (Sidenote: All the drivers stopped carrying crushed pepper and parmesan packets months ago). The time before, with our carryout visit, I waited in-store for 25 minutes, while they argued with me about my (incorrectly) placing my order with a different store. I finally asked them to check the "stack" of boxes, of what was, pizzas waiting for delivery. Guess what, they found our food. COLD SOGGY AND THEY DID NOTHING. Shame on me for ever going back. But alas, I did. Optimism has no place, in this type of situation folks. So this last visit we tried to get a person back on the phone, to make a correction to our order, which failed miserably. Was on perma-hold and no-one ever answered. Was able to change clothes, drive to the Hut location and wait in line, before my husband finally gave up on the call. I told "Misti" of the trouble of getting thru and got nothing but excuses from her, starting out with, she was ".. all alone". I counted 3 employees in the store, when she said this. She even seemed put-out that i had the audacity to have "complained". No smile. No customer service and no more $ from us. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY OR TIME, ON THIS STORES FOOD OR SERVICE. GO ELSEWHERE. ANYWHERE....BUT HERE.

A few days ago, I had an order that was a little over $11. I meant to give the delivery guy two $5 bills and three $1s. $13 total+tip. Without realizing it, I gave the a guy a $20 bill instead of one of the $5s. The next day, I called to see if there was any way to get the extra $15 back. Unfortunately, there wasnt, but oh well. It was my mistake. Life sucks like that sometimes. However, the manager offered to give me a $10 credit, though, which was greatly appreciated. Today, I wanted to cash in the credit, but the person in the call center where they take your order said that the manager Id talked to hadnt put the credit in the system. Luckily, the person in the call center connected me to the store, and I got the same manager Id talked to before. She did apologize for forgetting to give me the credit, and she gave me a $15 credit this time. Awesome! Free pizza (but not really, because I was still out $15 anyway)! But, wouldnt you know it! They got my order wrong! Just when I thought they were so awesome for accommodating me for my stupid mistake, they screwed me over. I didnt want to call back and have them fix my order because I was sort of getting this order for free (but not really). I like to avoid drama whenever possible. So, Im stuck. Not cool, Pizza Hut. Not cool. Ill just stick to Papa Johns from now on. Or, better yet, no more pizza at all.

Waited over an hour on my order and so I called to see what had happened and they told me that the delivery is now a two hour wait. When I originally placed my order....they had told me that my order would arrive within the hour. So the young lady had asked me if I wanted to speak to her manager and I told her, sure! The manager gets on the phone and had asked me what he could help me with, I explained to him the problem. And all he said was, "and what do you want me to do about it!??" (repeatedly) with such a poor attitude. I told him that...it wouldnt be such a problem if theyve given their customers a courtesy phone call. Its definitely the last time Ill order from here. I just feel bad for customers spending their hard earn money and this is the service they get. PS. My chicken wings were not only the wrong wings but they were also RAW n BLOODY. I mean Cmon!!!! For real!!??!!!! Poor customer service! They dont care! Manager should see a psychiatrist for help ASAP!!

If I could put zero stars, I would. I live near this location, and have been here multiple times. Each time, my order has been messed up. Because of the convenient location, however, I have continued to return. Following my most recent experience, though, I will never give them my business again. I went in and ordered a veggie pizza with pineapple. As I waited, I observed literally every employee in their cell phones. When my pizza was ready, I noted that there was no pineapple and mentioned it to an employee, who in turn grabbed the girl who took our order. Her first words to me where you never ordered that I repeated your order like three times. False. As I stared at her in amazement regarding her snooty accusation she then replied she could throw some on there if I really wanted it but I know you didnt order it. This 17 year old girl with no customer service was actually the manager. Ive never been treated so poorly before.

Worst service the lady talked on the phone like she had just smoked a bunch of drugs. Apparently put "the wrong phone number" down. We called on our order when it was twenty minutes late. They said that it was on its way... Half an hour later we call again and now say that they cant find the phone number or the order! Dont give your cc info to these guys! Shady AF!!! They said that the order was canceled but couldnt look it up. That doesnt make sense!! the manager is not helpful. She makes you seem like a liar!! Not appologetic or nice. The ladies names were Misty and Kat. Dont go here!! Worst customer service ever! Save yourself!!

I would rate the experience if I had one... I submitted an order online, and because of my strange address they assumed I was "out of area". They called and left me a message stating that they cancelled it because my apartment (which is literally right down the street) was too far, instead of just looking it up. When I tried to call back, no answer. So thanks, Nate, for cancelling my order 30 minutes after I ordered it, just because you were too bothered to look up my address on a map. Not to mention, by the time they bothered to call me, it was so late that several other joints had closed. Beyond lousy service.

This Pizza Hut is the Worst .. They said they delivered & knocked but no one answered , So when we called to see what happened they said they didnt have the aprt. # , okay So how did you knock ??? Manger named Misty , who sounds like she is High as hell or is just Lifeless with no personality hung up on us because she could not answer any questions that we were asking her .. We called back and she changed her name to kelly because we said we will be calling corporate on all this horrible service !!! Pizza Hut is horrible because of the people working there !!!

Wow! Absolutely terrible quality and over priced. Never will I order from them again. Delivery guy didnt even have crushed peppers and parmesean cheese packets, thats usually something they carry and offer and we ordered 2 different sets of wings and neither come with dipping sauce, thats extra. So I ordered one and it was open and not even enough for one person. Not to mention the terrible terrible stuffed crust pizza that was cold, flat and soggy. $20. for that ONE pizza was unbelievable. I feel like a sucker paying my hard earned money for that. NEVER AGAIN.
