Dont skimp on the Buffalo Burning Hot sauce... Nobody who orders "Buffalo Burning Hot Wings" has a low tolerance for heat... even if you guys think its way too spicy the people who order this know beforehand how spicy it is and enjoy it... I enjoy this sauce very much, i like that its actually burning my mouth. Im mexican and this is one of the only things in Utah that are actually well made spiciness-wise, i am very used to spicy food... and its hard to find good spicy meals that actually have heat on them, i bought 16pcs of Buffalo Burning Hot Wings and they barely have any sauce on them... dont do that! its supposed to be burning hot! thats why i ordered it!

Worst service ever. Ordered a delivery 2 hours ago was told 30 minute wait. Waited an hour called and asked, they said driver went to the wrong house and had a wrong number gave them all my information again and was told he should be 5 minutes away if not they would call back. Waited 30 minutes no delivery or call back. Called again talked to manager who said she sent him back out and he should call me when he gets close. Never got a call or delivery still called back again and was told they cant get ahold of driver and hes out on abother run. Said forget it and hung up.

We always have the roughest time with this location. Out of seven attempts to order from here, only one was successful with no issues. One order was missing a pizza. And today they were out of stuffed crust and pasta. Theyre either out of stuff, 2 hour delivery, or no delivery drivers at all. For four of those seven attempts, we have up and went to Papa Johns instead. Oh, and the Pizza Hut website is garbage. Only my first order worked. Now I type in my Utah address and my order is sent to the San Bernardino, CA store.

Looks like bunch of kids dont no what there doin messed up oder so he get my oder right after fifteen minutes talking to this num nut tells me thirty minutes I go to groceries store come back thirty-five minutes later and he tells me oh sorry were are out of stuff crust and was waiting to see if regular crust is OK I cant belive this place so I wait fourty more minutes for my regular crust pizza DISAPPOINTED NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Wow. I ordered at Noon, said delivery at 12:45. When 1:30 rolled around, I called and was told 20 minutes. Called again at 2:45 and told 10 more minutes. When pizza arrived, they tried to charge me again even though i payed online. After having to look up the email to prove that I had already payed, we found that he had forgotten the drink I ordered. He is on his way to get my drink and verify my payment. Ridiculous.

Ordered over the phone and we had to have our pizza delivered. The lady told us an hour and a half but it arrived two hours later. The pizza was cold we had to put it in the oven to get heated up and I ordered thin crust on one of the pizzas and it was regular crust. I have to say we were extremely disappointed! We have never been disappointed with Pizza Hut prior hopefully this is just an anomaly!

every time i order form this particular pizza hut, which is 2-3x per week (seriously that is not an exaggeration)..They forget to bring something, whether its ranch or crushed peppers, or they dont make the order the way It was ordered. This time they for got the honey sciracha sauce... not really a big deal, its just tiring having my order not how i order it....come on ppl

This Pizza Hut in draper makes the worst pizza Ive ever had. That is an unexaggerated, literal statement. The was supposed to be a stuffed crust pizza but it was so flat Its almost like it hadnt been baked. The toppings had been thrown on but didnt stay in place and there was barely any sauce and cheeses.

The salt Lake health department found E. coli and soon after I discovered this I have not returned. There was massive expired product and rancid fry oil. I no longer work there after just a few days of my findings. Please stay clear for your own safety.

Just moved to this area... After a long a day of moving things... Called to place and order... They said 15 min for pick up... I go and pick it up... Nothing another 20 minutes waiting in the lobby.... Got home and the chicken wigs where RAW!

Ordered 4 large pizzas, received plain crusts with little to no sauce, cheese, or toppings. Even cheap stuff like Caesars would have tasted far, far better. Party ruined, will not return to this garbage location again.
